Brentford square Charcoal Chicken

Both the staff and food here at Brentford Square Charcoal Chicken are fantastic. All the staff are happy, courteous, kind and quick. No length not gone to to provide a spotlessly clean environment, great food and excellent service. Chips are always fresh with perfect crunch. Their chickens are seasoned just right, tender and never dry. Not in my experience, anyway. Highly recommended these guys. Bon Appetite!

They only do reheated chicken rolls there cold a charcol chicken place at dinner time will only do a reheated roll disgraceful attitude considering the price go somewhere else

Hugely disappointed! About 9 weeks ago I bought a 1/4 breast chicken. It was fantastic. Juicy and tasty, crispy skin. Lovely. Last Thursday I made a special trip to revisit this tasty bird again.
It was just terrible! Dry, almost a powder mouth feel. Completely tasteless, as was the skin. Which was far from crisp.
That chicken is now in a council bin where it belongs.

Charcoal chicken. Charcoal being the operative word and there’s a lot of them about.
But here it’s charcoal. You walk in and see the chickens all lined up rotating over actual charcoal. Unlike other places where it’s says “charcoal” and it’s a big oven so those places should really be called ‘oven chicken’. Here it’s genuine. It’s charcoal. If I was a chicken I now that I’d rather be roasting over some charcoal.

The service was friendly and the chicken salted chips are friggin awesome. But come here for real charcoal chicken.

Delicious supersized chicken, best chips, and extremely good salads. Been a regular there for 20 years. Always reliable as a quick healthy alternative.
The tabooleh is unreal

The food was alright chicken was on the dryer side and chips looked like they belonged at a fish n chip shop but other than that the food was good

Got a medium chips and gravy and 2 Pineapple fritters, the chips were undercooked and unflavoured, there was hardly any gravy and the fritters were completely inedible they were tiny and oily with no flavour, so disappointing.

Poor quality dry chicken, soggy unsalted chips and to expensive, customer service was bad. No wonder the shop was empty

I probably ate 4 mouthfuls off of this whole chicken because that’s all there was. The rest was all bone! Terrible chicken and totally over priced! Unfortunately the picture I took of the “chicken” won’t upload.

This place is incredibly clean, tidy and well lit. It just radiates proper hygiene. My family and I love the chips, chicken and Tabouli salad. Keep up the great work!

First of all it is very clean place, very friendly guys and amazing fresh food
I think they make the best greece salad

Ordered half a chicken, chips and salad and the food was great.
Chicken was well cooked, chips were nice and fresh and the salad was pretty good too.
My only criticism would be the food all came in the same container so the chips and salad mixed which meant some chips were soggy from the salad juice. It would be better if the salad was in a separate container or bag, but it all still tasted great so not a deal breaker.
I ordered via UberEats and the food arrived fairly quickly, thanks to the guys in the shop who helped me sort out my order which I stuffed up to start with.

I don’t usually take time out to give reviews but I had to tonight. I did takeaway for whole chicken and chips. The order was quite specific and to my surprise there was no issues. The chicken appeared juicy and chips was nice and salty as preferred by family. To back up my experience I had to upload pics. I suggest try before making up your own mind plus everyone’s preferences and taste of food is always different. I ain’t no critic, but when I appreciate nice food, I like to let it be known.

Had the Half chicken with 2 scoops of salad.
Not the best roast chicken I've had. Didn't like how the filling tasted and the chicken was abit too dry.

I placed an order for dinner tonight for my family. You can imagine my surprise when I found out my order had been cancelled, after it had been accepted apparently and was being prepared. So many things I want to call you guys, but can't in polite company.
Lazy, there is one I can use. Lacking in customer service. Lack of customer focus. Seriously, all you had to do was put 2 salads in take away contained, make up 1 bag of chips, 1 tub of gravy, and put a pre-cooked chicken in a bag. Too hard? Order was placed before closing time, order was accepted.the rest is just absolute laziness. PATHETIC.

The most amazing chicken shop ever! Try their wraps, they are amazing with real white chicken fillet meat. It's making me hungry!

We just moved to this neighbourhood, and a friend of mine suggested this local shop. The first night we attempted to buy they all sold out by 7ish pm. The next day we made sure to be there sooner, and could buy a whole chicken. The chicken was the most tastiest that I have ever had, and not dried out like others. Now we are regular customer, thank you for putting so much efforts to provide good quality food.

As a regular here, excellent roast chicken but if one asks for the chicken cut up, the delicious stuffing is frequently left on the tray. The gentleman with glasses and the young girl are not too bad but the the young tall gentleman never puts in the bag!
