6 Possibly one of the worst IT companies I have ever had to deal with.
This company previously had a contract with the Heart Foundation of Australia as an outsourced IT helpdesk.
The service level provided was nothing short of pathetic.
An Indian based call centre who's IT skills seemed to be reading a basic script.
Their favourite line seemed to be "Oh that's not in the contract"
All whilst charging a premium monthly fee.
There were continual breaches of the contract which were all brought to the attention of management and the service delivery managers.
Weekly conversations with the management team had them making promises to lift their game but we never saw any changes in performance.
After finally confronting them with documentation of months of breaches and tell them their services were no longer required, they had the nerve to come after us for a break in contract fee.
Unfortunately my employer just wanted to get rid of them and settled on a fee.
They then pursued us for an old router they had setup in our data centre for another couple of months.
Steer clear of these idiots and find a better MSP that will actually provide you what you pay for!
Very Professional company with a great inhouse team. Highly recommend them and would say they are one of the best IT companies Ive worked with in Australia.
