Went last November and picked up 8 hydrangea babies… and this is how they look today! Fantastic nursery who offer rare hydrangea kinds and friendly owner who still helps me to identify names after one year of purchase！

Excellent online shopping experience. The plants arrived in perfect condition, they were individually washed in moist newspaper with tape over the soil to keep it in place and shredded paper to protect them in transit. Can tell from the instructions that came with the plants that they really care about their products, and when I tang to ask a question Brendan was really happy to help. Thanks!

Ordered tibouchina, in description it says 75mm established plant, when delivered, I was shocked to see one tiny tip cutting put in soil like tube stock, looks like cutting was done probably a week back, no new leafs. I could have done this from my neighbours tibouchina.
Edited- I have noticed they have roots, although the plants are very tiny. Also, the owner called and explained, now I feel better.

Very impatient, Snappy, expensive and doesnot provide the right variety of fushias better shop elsewehere, unhappy customer

I ordered plants in December but I was not excited by some for various reasons - Brendan found out about my ill-ease - he initiated contact with me - we worked through the issues in calm way - no arguments- and he sent replacement plants - and some extras - these new plants were tube stock and top quality - very healthy and robust - thanks heaps Brendan- I was impressed by your very professional handling of the issue - I at least owe you a coffee when I come down for Begonia Festival in a few weeks

Great service from Brendan and the team. I bought green kangaroo paws as tube stock in November 2018 and you can see how well they have grown. Love them and the birds do too!

Purchased 14 hedging plants from Brenlissa at a fraction of the cost from the big chain nurseries. Were well packed individually and appear to have survived the interstate trip in high temp weather conditions. Great communication with the owners.

Great communication, Brendan was very helpful with selection of right plants for my backyard, (blue pencil pine), very helpful with actual images and proper description! Ordered 100 trees, and had them very well packaged and delivered as promised, on time and in good shape. Good price, excellent service. Very happy customer. Will order more in the future. Great advice and excellent prices. They didn't have the stock I ordered online but Brendan called and suggested some alternatives.

Ordered a couple of Maples, fushcias and hydrangeas from this place. Reasonably priced although the maples were a bit smaller than I was expecting. Plants came delivered wrapped in newspaper and were a bit droopy when I unwrapped them, hopefully they survive. Very prompt delivery and good customer service.

Edit: 2 months later and the plants are doing wonderfully, not one single casualty. Make sure you transplant them well and you'll be fine.

Severely root-bound plants and trees less than half the size stated. Very poor response and communication. Very disappointed.

Thought I was buying a tree fern in the picture that was on there site, paid good money for and ended up with a tiny new plant that had no stump yet. Might say 125mm pot but at lease should of been a stump not a leaf. Not happy, ripped off

Further to my above comment after experience.

I bought on Dec 25 as our Christmas gift. Order was delivered end of January. A few weeks later I rang to say I was having trouble with the two large plants bought, two trees ferns, something we've wanted for some time. I was told they weren't dead, I was imagining it, they would still shoot, and told what to do next, plant them in the ground, not large pots. First week of April I rang Brendan again to advise the tree ferns are definitely dead, and consistent with my first phone call, there has never been any life visible. Brendan told me he 'can't replace all plants people ring us about. That's unreasonable for customers to expect of us. There's far too many complaints for that. ' I stated that these plants were never viable, had never shown any signs of life despite the best of attention from arrival. I felt I should have the plants replaced or refunded, $79.76 was too much to just not be concerned about. Brendan refused to do either, and as I was not happy accepting this, eventually said he'll see what the supplier might say. I have yet to hear anything else from him, but I had my gardener here today who is a horticulturist. I asked her whether she thought there was any life in the plants, she said definitely not. This reminds me of the Monty Python ' Dead Parrot' sketch, but I'm not laughing! This is not support that I expect. After an order worth $348.51 I expect more support than this, especially given their web site statement to just phone for any advice you might need. I did, twice, but was not met with anything but bad attitude and the rude implication that I was somehow trying to defraud them, even though I was a client placing a second large order. I will not trust Brenlissa Nursery again.

MY FAITH IS RESTORED. Brendan just emailed, 12/04/17, that he will be replacing my tree ferns when new stock arrives in. It seems he talked to the supplier after all and the supplier or he or both well replace my dead tree ferns. Perhaps I caught him at a bad moment on the phone and he reconsidered when he saw my past orders? Certainly I am pleased to have been told they will now be replaced.

I bought hydrangeas and fuchsias from this nursery. Plants delivered were healthy and very advanced! Not to mention excellent customer service! Highly recommend to friends and family!
