Breezy Laundry Lockers

Simple and efficient check-in and account creating process. Loved being able to use my own code for the lockers. Excellent communication and customer service from the manager. And my two scarves were returned in absolute pristine condition. I highly recommend Breezy! Thank you again, Luke:)

I placed my order on the 28th November Monday, nowhere on the signage did it say that my locker number needed to be SMS'd and neither did the automated message I received via text when I made the order. The locker number is also in the online database so I don't understand why I would need to confirm it a second time.

It is now the Thursday 1st of November - no communication at all, the online tracking indicates it is "processing" and nothing else. I tried contacting the help chat on the website multiple times over the days and not a single response back. There are no active channels to contact the service so if any issues come up you're stuck.

I messaged the number I received an automatic response for and finally got an automated message indicating I need to supply the locker number.

I am only in Melbourne for a few more days and I have had to last minute buy more clothes and now I risk losing the clothes I placed in the lockers as I am leaving shortly.

Overall very angry about this experience and the fact there is no way to communicate and get resolution. Somethings are better off being arranged in person and not have an unnecessary automation process with so much that can go wrong and no way to resolve it.

I’m in town for two weeks of daily business meetings. After one week, I read great reviews and the promise of a next-day return for dry cleaning from Breezy.

Dropped off order at Bourke St Galleria on a Sunday at 1419hrs with high hopes.

I inquired on Wednesday via email and was told the order would be returned after three business days.

** On Thursday they said the order would be returned Friday.

I received my order on Saturday afternoon- 6 days after drop-off.

I fly out now with clean clothes and having spent a week re-cycling clothes through meeting after meeting. **

Advertised the dry cleaning will be done in 1 day but almost a week later and the order is still processing. Tried to contact from website and the chat option but didn’t even receive a single reply, also no contact number listed at all. The communication has been terrible!

I dropped my suit off on a Tuesday to be cleaned for a wedding on the upcoming Saturday. It was not returned for well over a week. I was then informed that it had been returned only to make my way to the locker to find it empty. There is no number to call to make enquiries and the responses to the dialogue box on the website take days. When I finally got my suit back after all this they still charged me full price. If I could give this service 0 stars I would.

Really easy process. Not expensive and completed quickly. The app is a bit clunky and it’s called BreezyLaundry if you’re having trouble finding it in the App Store.

Dropped my Jacket off on Monday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. Now Thursday and the phone numbers won't connect

Really poor experience. Items were dropped off on a Sunday night, and based on the info, it looked like a fast service. However it's Monday night and I can't get in contact with anyone to discuss our order, because they must be picked it up by Tuesday. Not only did they mislead me on the turnaround time, it's impossible to contact anyone! I'm going to lose my laundry because of this.

Please update your opening hour I went to collect my cloth at 8: 20pm when your opening hour say you are open til 9: 00pm but the door is locked! And there is no phone number what do ever, I don’t know what if happen to my laundry after 48hours, terrible

Breezy launder business shirts quickly and inexpensively. They also deliver to our apartment building so its seamless.

They claim they are open 24/7 and lockers say 24 hours lockers. But I've just make a big trip to collect our laundry at 830 pm and the shopping centre the lockers are in is closed. So they are not open 24/7. They don't make this clear when you first use them.

Have only used them once but website said 24-48 hours turnaround. Placed clothes in locker Monday afternoon and didn’t get notification till Friday. I was only visiting Melbourne so needed someone to pick them up. Trousers also came back with coffee spill stain on one pair still showing.

Good service and cleaning services, although a bit expensive. Reminder: it can take a week to get your clothes back.

I used breezy lockers multiple times. It is very convenient way for our laundry needs. The self service lockers are also ideal for the current pandemic situation where we do contactless orders and contactless pickups.

I was in Melbourne for nine months living out of a city apartment. I found Breezy through the building concierge.
That way my shirts were cleaned and pressed whenever I needed them. Reliable and good quality service. The app worked really well.

Used their services as they had a drop off near my apartment building and it was easy to use and the rates are pretty reasonable compared to other CBD dry cleaners.
