Ken & Kathy are so approachable, friendly and smiling when you walk through the front door. I took my 4 year old daughter to the Breathe Better Salt Rooms after she was diagnosed with asthma and suffering some asthma attacks caused by viral infections and seasonal allergies. Her time spent in the salt rooms have had an incredible effect on her breathing ability, especially at night. I highly recommend anyone thinking about trying this natural approach, to give it a go. Breathe Better salt rooms have been heaven sent. The experience health wise we have had as a family our way any cost over the amount t of antibiotics we were taking earlier this year. The cost is reasonable and monthly payment great for budget.
Relaxing atmosphere. I fall almost times during our 45 minute sessions.

This place is Awesome. The staff are great and very knowledgeable. When I first started at BREATHE BETTER SALT ROOMS, I was able to finish a sentence before bursting out in a coughing fit. I wasn’t sleeping at night due to my severe coughing fits and it was extremely hard in a social situation.

We contacted Kenny at the salt rooms when our daughter was having some breathing difficulties brought on by a virus. He was so welcoming and found a spot for us on that same day to try and help her.
He explained how the treatment works in great detail and we have been using regularly throughout the winter.
I have noticed significant improvements and both my girls love going. Kenny always has a big welcoming smile and the kids love playing in the salt room and watching their favourite movies.

Would highly recommend to any family feeling like they are not getting answers or assistance elsewhere. It’s definitely worth a try!

I have been taking my 18 month old son to the salt room for over 2 months now. From day 1 we were made to feel so welcome by both Ken and Kathy. They helped to explain how the salt room works and how it would benefit my son who was trying to recover from his second respiratory infection in the space of 6 weeks! I have suffered terribly with Asthma and Sinuses issues. Prior to visiting Breathe Better, I was taking Ventolin, Seretide and Spiriva, plus numerous drugs, especially for lung and sinus infections.
Now, after going to Breathe Better Salt Therapy, I hardly touch my puffers and I don't need any antibiotics or steroids for infections.
I was talking to a couple of other patients who had had Covid and were finding it hard to get over the symptoms, but since coming to Breathe Better Salt Therapy, it has helped them better than they ever thought. One person quoted, "it's been a miracle".

I have witnessed my wife Jan's health deteriorate during Covid closures over the last 18 months. She attended the salt rooms regularly and her cough & congestion were under control but gradually came back during the lockdowns. Since they have reopened she is starting to get back to normal. I don't know why this business is not classed as an essential service as it helps so many people who have breathing difficulties.
