This is the second time we’ve used Express at Home to hire a breast pump - first in 2020 and now (2023) and I can’t recommend this service highly enough. Carl responds very quickly to enquires and both times we were able to hire the pump on the same day. The first time we hired it he delivered the pump to our home and gave us a thorough lesson on how to use it which was great when you’re a first time parent. The Medela pumps we hired were clean and in excellent condition and he sells the accessory kits so you can get everything you need all at once which is super convenient. Carl is very friendly and patient and has been a pleasure to deal with.

It was very easy to hire the breast pump that my partner and I needed. We had just brought our bub home and were very sleep deprived so we appreciated the convenience of the whole process. If we need to hire a breast pump again, we know where to go!

Not long after baby arrived we ran into breast feeding issues and needed to obtain a pump quickly. It happened to be 5pm on a Friday but these guys went above and beyond to help us, meaning we had a pump that night with a minimum of fuss. Hire term was flexible and an initial 2 weeks turned into 12 weeks, but this was no problem. Seems like it's a local family run business who know their stuff and are friendly and efficient. Carl’s service was exceptional - I received my pump within 1.5hr of calling to order and his communication was clear touching base to see if I wanted to extend the hire - the choice was mine. Carl was also very easy to work with and the pump was great too. I’d highly recommend his business.

Carl was amazing when finding the correct pump for my needs. He was able to drop off the pump to my address within a couple of hours which meant that I was able to feed my newborn without disruption and this allowed me to establish my milk supply as soon as possible.
