Best customer service ever! I was buying for one of the breast for my mom, wasn’t sure about the size and needed it to arrive fast before I travel home, Gen from CS called me within the same day and sort it out. Also, they do deliver within 2 days! Amazing!

Zero stars. I wish I had heeded the other reviews. I won't bother with the details, my experience was the same as the other poor reviews - and I do not want any further dialogue with Gen Gord. Awful.

Finding Gen Gort ten days after my surgery has been a blessing. Gen was able to fit me in quickly, provide me with the right garments that gave immediate relief and support.
But most importantly Gen provided me with compassion, understanding and great care……right at the time when most needed.
On top of all of that, Gen was a great communicator from the start of my enquiry to the end of the consultation.

Genevieve was most helpful with my fitting recently. After having two lumpectomies, first being over 13 years ago, I was unaware that this service was available. I’m so pleased with my new shapers. Thanks for all of your professional advice and assistance Genevieve.

I was referred to Genevieve by my breast care nurse at the hospital I had my lumpectomy last November. I had put up with a swollen breast and a lot of pain and discomfort for a couple of months after a year of chemo and radiation.
I has spent so much money on so many bras but couldn't find one to fit well.
As soon as I spoke to Genevieve, she listened to me and understood the need to see me quickly. I was lucky and got in to see her on the same day.
As soon as I walked in the door, Genevieve assessed me and knew exactly what I needed. The moment she fitted the bra to me I was overwhelmed with relief of the sheer comfort it instantly provided me.
She was very professional and understanding. Her help didn't just stop there. I was in the process of looking for a lymphoedema physio but hadn't got onto anyone yet. Genevieve realised the urgency of finding care for me that she instantly called a clinic who I was able to see that same day.
By the time I got home, the relief from the new bra and my physio appointment was so incredible, I had the best sleep in a long time.
I went back one week later to also get fitted for some bathers and there was a great range to chose from. As the swelling had subsided in my breast, she recommended a partial breast shaper to insert into my bra and bathers. And it made a big difference to how my breasts were shaped.
I am so glad I was put in touch with Genevieve.
She shows understanding for women, takes the time to listen and fits you to suit your body type and of course taking into consideration of your individual needs. She also provides very accurate and simple to follow instructions on how to get to her studio.

Genevieve at Breast Care Victoria is a professional and caring person that I have referred many post surgical and breast cancer patients to for fittings. Her professional standards for dealing with such vulnerable patients is so highly valued.
Her strict protocols with mask wearing and infection control are one of the many reasons we feel confident to refer patients to her. Fitted me with the wrong garment, I was only offered one option to try on. It was meant to be for lower abdomen where I needed a full abdomen. Even though it was their mistake for incorrect fitting, they refused exchange. Unfair unreasonable

Genevieve went out of her way to help me when I bought the wrong size breast forms. She was very understanding and helpful and I am so happy with my much lighter breast forms. I highly recommend Breastcare Victoria

It really was a pleasure to be fitted in Genevieve’s home studio, post reconstructive bilateral mastectomy.
I am a former bra designer and I have always sewn my own bras, in this instance I was unable to make my own garment and was recommended to get fitted at Breast Care Victoria by my plastics team from the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Genevieve who is the face behind Breast Care Victoria is charming and very accommodating. She was swift to answer my queries and establish an appointment time that worked for me.

When I arrived Genevieve was warm and inviting and quickly set about finding the right garment for me. Being a former nurse that has worked in operating theatres and extensively with breast care, she has an amazing knowledge of what is required for recovery. I was in need of abdominal support pre and post hernia repair surgery and wasn't quite sure where to turn. I contacted Genevieve hoping she might know where to point me but she assured me she had just what I needed. Being plus sized I had my doubts anything would fit but she was absolutely right, she had exactly the support garment I needed in exactly the right size I needed! She was kind and generous with her time and care and I can highly recommend her service.

Genevieve got me into a well fitting bra and prosthesis that were just right for my body, after I had suffered for a year with poorly fitting ones. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Seeing her has been life changing for me.

My fiancé got an allergic reaction to one of their bras. So Genevieve (the owner) said to post the bra back to her for a refund. So all good (you’d think). But after posting it back to Genevieve, she never refunded the money, and she kept the bra (without any communication as to why there was no refund anymore). Don’t know how people can treat other people this way, especially after someone’s just been through surgery. Have some respect and human decency. We have texted and emailed Genevieve, but she won’t reply.

Once again I have had extremely favourable dealings with Genevieve. I have had a lot of difficulty buying suitable bras for myself since having had a mastectomy and then going on to have a reconstruction. Gen has been there the whole way through with not only friendly support but professional advice and services. Gen has an amazing range of bras and if you are in need of this type of service do not hesitate to get in contact with her, you will not be disappointed.
