5If you can get a spot - take it! Took me 18+ months to get a spot at Breakthrough Education. But once you are in the experience way better compared to other tuition centres. The team @ BT actually know what they are doing and are able to produce results.
Good for uber bright students who have already learnt every aspect of the textbook prior to their 3/4 subject. However, should you want to learn concepts from scratch I wouldn't recommend it.
This place is great. I went to Kev’s tuiton for 2 years (methods in year 11, and specialist maths and chemistry in year 12). Kev is extremely professional and knows a lot about vce and how to score well. 100% would recommend.
Kev's a great tutor, higher prices when compared to other places but it's well worth it if you are willing to work hard. Kev's explains concepts well, and provides you with plenty of resources.
Kevin actuallly carries you through your subjects. He is so well informed about the curriculum and the gaps in mainstream teaching. Students that go to Breakthrough have a huge advantage over other students.
