Amazing bbq pork banh mi, I've tried a few in the area but this one is top of the list! Be prepared if you request for lots of chilli, its got a real kick!

Got a blueberry muffin, tasted like mint.

Got banana bread, tasted like mint. And there was a tiny tiny bit of mold on there.

The coffee was fine.
Maybe the bread is too, because it moves out the door and doesn’t sit in the case with all the other sweets which taste like mint? Don’t know, we didn’t buy any.

Bread was not cooked enough it was doughy inside went back to tell them but the manger was playing dumb to me

BBQ pork Vietnamese rolls are exceptional:)

New to the area First time buying from here wanted a normal pie. I dont know what they put in their pie crust but it was a yellow/ orange color and it was a bit spicey.
If the color didn't put me off it was the taste I couldn't finish it.
I'll try else where from now on.

I go there on a daily basis just to get coffee on my way to work. The owners Thang and Thao are amazing and friendly and know their regular customers by name. The food is also delicious. Will recommend to all my friends

Best Vietnamese rolls in town! Friendly customer service as always, big welcoming smiles. Great coffee and last but not least three best jam and cream donuts (long johns) ahhhhh Definitely makes us feel like we’re home in NZ whenever we stop by here. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

Hands down the best Vietnamese rolls i have tasted so far! The bbq pork is so delicious would definitely recommend. Staff are always so nice and friendly.

Always have the best banh mi rolls. No matter who serves you the quality and quantity of the rolls is always the best! The tiger hi tins are the best in Victoria with crunchy crust and the fluffiest inside. My family and I have been loyal customers since we moved here from New Zealand in 2013. Keep it up guys

The staff who served us was very rude. She was not patient while taking our order. I am a regular customer and this staff seems to be new. Usually i have good customer service and good Vietnamese rolls.

Beautiful fresh bread. Amazing Vietnamese rolls. My wife and daughter absolutely love the bacon and egg pies. Also great coffee!
