Only come here for the fried Chinese donut sticks, made fresh. They are perfect savoury treats and very cheap, always have people waiting for them.

Our go to for freshly made Chinese Doughnut/Fried Dough Stick/Yau Char Kwai. Golden and crunchy, they never disappoint - unless they sell out before you get your fix

The urge of "You Tiao" triggers, and we come for a quick visit. They are freshly fried. Fresh "You Tiao" should be golden brown in colour, crispy outside, and not doughy inside.

I saw "You Tiao" making and frying in Asian street stalls and cafes. It is a pity that this stall does not "show off" the art of making and frying of such simple "pastry".

My wife waits for the freshly fried "You Tiao". It tastes really good.

The three varieties of Bao look good in comparison with those available in several other bakeries in the shopping complexes.

A staff has not stopped making Banh Mi. They must be good.

I shall try the Baos and Banh Mi in my next visit.

. Did I mention freshly made / fried oily Chinese don't sticks.equivalent to crunchy soft fried bread sticks at $2 each? ! Enough said.note, there will be a queue for them

Best Vietnamese crunchy vegetarian rolls ever. Every time I go to Springvale this is the first shop I visit. You would not be disappointed even if you want the carnivore rolls.

Used to come here with my family. We would buy the cookies and sausage rolls which I used to love, since they tasted awesome. I’m not sure if they still sell them recently. I’ll need to come back soon to check.

Bread roll last week I have buy it has hair in it. Bad customer service and never come back again.

Good customer service, quick and easy except having cash only is a bit inconvenient at some times. The filling was a bit underfilled but overall the banh mi was very nice

Since last one year plus we are having Bhan mi from here. Never disappointed. We even tried Bun bun bakery Bhan mi but for some reason our family like this place taste more.

Very nice and cheap Bahn Mi I love this place! I am a regular customer here the food is always consistent and fresh. Not to mention great staff and customer service:)

Yummy authentic banh mi- my first Vietnamese pork roll in 20 years - didn’t disappoint. I Really miss having decent banh mi in London. We had the crispy roast pork filling $5 only. Amazing price and taste. Loved it so much we bought two more of the same!

Unhygienic: old woman serving wasn't wearing gloves and took the youtiao by her own hands; denied having done so when confronted about it.
