I love Sunila! When I came in she was super friendly (even though I was running a few mins late). Anyway during service she was kind and hilarious (the comedy helped subvert the chaos of having hot wax poured onto the most vulnerable parts of my body). She threaded and tinted my eyebrows super gr9 and made me feel like a special pretty flower once she’d finished them hehehe I love her ok xoxo

I popped as a walk in and was able to be seen. Very extensive brow service and the end result was fabulous.

Such an amazing first experience getting a Brazilian Wax. The beautiful welcome I got as soon as I walked through the door by all three women

I was so nervous at first but those nerves left straight away by the comfort of the women there.

I love Brazilica on Sydney Road and have been a loyal customer for years. I have seen many of their staff over time and everyone has been great. Currently recommend Lisa as she's friendly, professional and the wax is over so quickly. An easy 5 out of 5.

I booked and paid online. I wanted to reschedule my appointment as I was a close contact of a COVID positive and had the virus eventually. I even sent them a proof but still did not consider it anyway. I will never be coming back ever.

If I could give a zero star for the lack of sympathy of this business. I was a repeat customer. Its disappointing that they choose to lose a repeat customer, a chance to make more money in the future than to provide a slightest consideration of my situation. I only asked for reschedule as I am in extreme pain to not be able to get out of the bed. But instead suggesting me to take a medication, even offered to reschedule a time within the day. If u could change the time within the day, whats the difference of moving it in another day? Doesnt make sense to me.

This is my new favourite beauty place! Both Sydney Road and Smith Street sites have knowledgeable beauty technicians who take care and time with their work. Lovely atmosphere, peaceful and calming.

I have been coming here for about 12 months. Unfortunately, my last two experiences were really not good, and I don't feel comfortable coming back. In my second last time here, the therapist was distracted by her smart watch. She was reading texts and texting in reply, including while doing a Brazilian wax. Eventually, she made a very painful mistake, and I regretted not speaking up earlier. My last visit there was today, and after driving for 20 minutes there, and paying for parking, I was told on arrival that my telephone booking wasn't in their system. I am disappointed as I initially regarded this place as a great local business.

Honestly the best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had. Little pain. Very gentle. Staff is very professional.

I got my brows done here - the signature brow service with a wax, tint and re-shape - and it is honestly the best my brows have ever looked, (and I really don’t have a lot of brow to work with). So so happy, so smooth and gentle. Deepika was the name of my beautician and she was great. Also, the place just has a nice vibe. Music is playing and it feels welcoming, especially for someone who doesn’t go and get beauty treatments a lot! Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed in my experience. I woke up with a sore throat and fever- I took the precaution to keep their staff safe and tried to reschedule my appointment for later that week. They tried to reschedule for the same day, later that afternoon. Which obviously wouldn’t have worked. I had already pre-paid online for this service. Only to be told that they would be keeping the full amount and not allowing a reschedule. I understand last minute cancellations can be frustrating, but it was to keep their staff safe. I tried to contact management and received no response. I will never be coming to this place again considering the way I was treated.

I have had my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes tinted at Brazilica multiple times, and the result is always wonderful! Maha is professional and the treatment is always on point and pretty prompt. Love this place, would highly recommend!

Deepika did an amazing job with my eyebrow (wax, tint and shape). She was patient and good at what she does. The shape turned out much better than I expected. The studio is clean and beautifully decorated inside. I had a relaxing experience, would definitely come back!

Two things.
1. Speaking to the owner regarding my upcoming appointment she informed me there won't be a threader available on the day then proceeded to ask if I knew of any threaders who wanted a job. This didn't instill any confidence in the quality of the place.

2. I have a lapband and of course and 1.5hr before the appointment it's playing up. I called to ask for a reschedule and told no rescheduling available, only a cancellation is available. Offered to come in a share the love and told I wouldn't be serviced. Sufficient notice was provided.

This place was so lovely and welcoming. The girls are really nice. Maha did my was and she was amazing. Definitely recommend coming here for you’re first time.

Caroline has transformed my brows and also does a great lash lift and tint. It’s always a pleasure to visit for some much needed pampering!

I started going to Brazilica Brunswick earlier this year to get my Brazilians done. Lissette has been amazing, she always does an amazing job and makes me feel so comfortable - (plus, pain free) because of my experience with Lissette, she has influenced me to enroll and complete a certificate IV in beauty therapy which I start in July. If you are looking for somewhere to go, Brazilica is a must! You won't regret it!
