I attended BB last Friday for a spray tan with Jacinda, and honestly I couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m generally quiet an anxious person and Jacinda made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and it was perfect. Definitely recommend BB Werribee and Jacinda! X

Kristy at BB- Werribee store is literally amazing. My Brazilian waxing has always been painful. But this time at BB- Werribee with Kristy, it was so quick and painless. She did it so quickly and made sure I was comfortable whole the time. I would surely recommend her. And without any doubt, I would definitely come to place forever. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Tina. I booked in for a brazilian wax, half leg, underarm, and brows. I was in and out so quickly, and it wasn't because she skimped. I have never had such a meticulous waxing, where she managed to get every hair off the most difficult and stubborn parts. She was extremely friendly and dedicated to doing the best possible job, professional yet made me feel extremely comfortable with her knowledge and easy demeanor. I definitely will ask for her when I come back.

Standard place to get your waxing done. They’re usually quite good with taking me in last minute. I would recommend having at least 2 days in advance if you’re getting multiple services done, though. Sometimes their All Off XXX Brazilians aren’t actually “all off” (compared to other locations I’ve tried), but if you let them know they’re more than happy to touch up what they’ve missed.

Slow to respond to phone calls and messages. Can't book last minute appointments for the same day as they're only there if they have a client

I booked in for a wax at 5: 50pm after confirming they close at 6pm recieved a confirmation saying my booking was confirmed only to arrive at the shop at 5: 40 and they are already closed absolute joke of a business!
