Do not go here try another brazalian butterfly. Rushed service and wax on watch and clothes. Really poor

Steph the manager, so much class, and sooo professional. I came in for back and shoulders and as a male coming into a "beauty" type treatment place and also having never been waxed before I was a touch nervous and self conscious about it but Steph's friendliness and professionalism made me really comfortable, she's also the one that did the treatment. Already booked in for the next treatment.

Very friendly team, made me feel really welcome. I felt like the waxing was the most pain free I've had and not a hair left. Reasonably priced for the services I had and the service provided.

The staff is friendly and all, but not into professionalism. The thoroughness is vague. I paid over $150. Including half arms, legs, underarms…. I noticed a bunch of patches leftover when I went home. Clearly visible on my wrist, calf, and fingers. Not worthy of so much money. I’d rather choose a different venue.

I have been coming to BB Oakleigh for a few months now and am very happy with the services they provide. Every time I have been Rachel has been a great therapist, she is very thorough in her work and is very friendly, as well as all the other therapists'. Would definitely recommend! And they even have a discount for students which is really helpful!

Rachel is amazing! Clean equipment and area, least painful wax I’ve ever had, and the result is excellent. Will definitely ask for her again. Thanks heaps!

Went in for a full arms, full legs and under arms. Total = $112.
I was willing to check it out because of all the amazing reviews and the proximity to home.
They use ease to use roll on wax that smells heavenly, clean amenities and a movable LED make-up mirror which I thought adds to the effectiveness of full hair removal.
Rachael is a lovely young lady and it was very relaxing talking to her but I have taken the 2 stars out for the non-thoroughness of services.
Maybe it was one of those days where her heart was just not into it.
When I got home I noticed 2 of my fingers were not done and the area directly on top of both my wrist bones, also a patch over my right forearm. I guess, it was partly my fault for not checking before I left.
All in all, it was touch and go for me. Maybe it just wasn't a good day but with over a hundred dollars at stake, I would like to give my money to a salon with more consistent services. Probably will not go back.

Best place for Brazilian waxes, been here a few times and all the girls are very professional, hygienic and always do a great job. Very good attention to detail and all of them are so good at their job!

Mary did the waxing for me today. She’s an amazing person. We spoke about drama’s and a lot of other stuff. Amazing service. I got the full arms, full legs & underarms waxing and it costed me $112. It’s a bit pricey than other salons but totally worth the service. They even said they’ll send reminders every 4-5 weeks which I personally think is amazing. The room are so clean and hygiene. Every time after wax she asked me to check if there’s any hair left out. She patiently re-did the waxing for my ingrown hair on my legs, which is one of the rarest things that I find in a saloon. Love the experience and am definitely gonna visit again.

Erin is amazing. Super thorough and VERY FAST. Jasmin is also super nice and friendly. I’ve never had to wait and have always been seen AS SOON as I walk in even when I’ve arrived 10-15 min early. Amazing place couldn’t recommend it enough. Prices are so worth the service and professionalism you receive.

I made a very last minute appointment here today for 12: 50pm and was seen at exactly 12: 50pm. I made this appointment because another business had me waiting 30 minutes to be seen which was unacceptable. The wax was very thorough and to a very high standard. Very happy with the service.

I love this place. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and the service is amazing. Stacey is super professional and very friendly. Waxing with her is fast and painless, I cannot recommend enough.
