Pros - good location, clean salon, nice therapist
Cons - tan washed off almost immediately, despite waiting recommended time, colour was uneven and smell strong

Tara is absolutely amazing.
The spray tans she gave my partner and I are absolute perfection.

I've been getting waxed here for quite a while and I always see Rae when I can, she is fantastic, very efficient and friendly - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Service was quick and friendly, but the beautician broke most of the hairs while waxing and left them behind.

My first time at Brazilian Butterfly and it was a great experience. Rae was professional yet personable and absolutely knew what she was doing. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable throughout. I definitely recommend this business and will be back soon!

I have been going to BB Frankston for 1.5-2 years now. I was hesitant at first as I had been going to my previous place for years, but as soon as I had my first appointment with Emily (Owner & Manager) I knew I was in the best hands. Emily and the team are hard working, efficient, friendly and amazing to deal with. They take their time, are careful, thorough and doing THE BEST job. I always looks forward to my appointments as I am in the best hands at this BB. Highly recommend this salon, if you're thinking about booking in, look no further than Emily & her team!

I've had a range of treatments at BB Frankston. Waxing, eyelash tint & lift, IPL hair removal and spray tans. I've been treated by a couple of different beauty therapists and have always had wonderful results and experiences! Highly recommend, I don't go anywhere else!

Very poor service! This is the second time they have answered the phone and then just hang up instead of hold.

Was a customer for 5 years. Let the owner know I was unhappy with recent wax (first time complaint) and would only assist if I was inspected with in 7 days. Called head office and explained my dissatisfaction; missed areas and re growth after 1 week. No return phone call, no offer of a voucher or any gesture of good will. Loyalty doesn’t mean much in business apparently.

The girls at Brazilian Butterfly in Frankston are so nice and friendly. They make me feel really comfortable and confident in their services. I would highly recommend, especially for effective laser hair removal.
