The staff was extremely friendly and the lady who completed my waxing gave me tips to better my skin for a better outcome. She had resolved a situation from a different location and was extremely helpful. She did a great job with waxing and didn’t miss any hair. I highly recommend this store!

I'm just new to the area and finding Dita and the girls from Brazilian Butterfly has been a blessing. The girls are all so friendly and the services have been great.

I would not recommend this salon when it re-opens. The first time I visited this salon for a full leg wax I caught an infection. I am now on antibiotics. I have never had any issue with waxing previously at other salons and I must say I was not overly impressed with the cleanliness when I visited either, there was wax all over the floor.

Was running late to appointment on a Saturday. Called earlier to advise staff member that I’ll be 5mins late. Another staff member called when I was just entering the front door, gave me attitude about being late and that they may need to cancel appointment. Shouldn’t treat your customers this way. The girl was obviously a senior member there, but was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Had a nasty mean look on her face. You’re in a customer service industry, and if that’s something you feel you can’t provide, then maybe you should change careers. Disappointed in this franchise. Will never come back

Butchered my eyebrows now I have missing patches and have to re grow them don’t do waxing if you don’t have the skills for it please don’t charge people money if you can’t give them good service.

Such a good experience! I called on the morning and they were able to get me in next available. I got Christina who was lovely and so good at her job. It was the best wax I’ve ever had- amazing! Barely felt a thing which has not been my experience in the past. She really knew what she was doing.

While waiting for the wax to dry, the beautitian began handling rubbish. She didn't change her gloves before returning to me. Then after the next wax application, she began using a spray chemical to wipe the bench. Again, she didn't change her gloves. It was disgusting and I was horrified. I emailed my concerns through. No one bothered to reply. Don't go here!

Worst tan I have ever had! Patchy, lines, and lasted 3 days. Customer service was nice, but I most definitely won't be back

Excellent service provided by Anna for full back waxing. Fast, efficient and relatively painless. Highly recommended.
