The girls here do a great job, however I wish they would notify me that the therapist I requested wouldn’t be doing my wax and give me the opportunity to reschedule. This has happened twice now and I feel like it shouldn’t be an option to have a preference on a therapist if they won’t be the one doing it anyway. I’ve still been happy with the other staff but I would like to be consistent and see the same person each time

It's not easy to find a consistently good waxing service. I've been seeing Minnie at BB Epping for almost a year now. I wouldn't go to anyone else! She is professional, thorough and caring and I always walk out happy and satisfied with her work.

I went and saw Minnie for my first Brazilian wax and I was not disappointed at all! She made me feel so comfortable and best of all she was very friendly! She took her time and ensured I was comfortable at all times so thanks Minnie! Might be a bit pricey but definitely worth it!

I went here yesterday after seeing the review rating, however, received very poor service. I went in and was served and had my eyebrow waxing done by Sonia? And I asked to keep the thickness of my eyebrows, I came home almost in tears at how thin she made them and ruined the shape. The price was $24 for a 5 minute wax that ruined my eyebrows and bad customer service. Do yourself a favour and choose some place else!

First time here but it’s not my first time doing Brazilian waxing. Very professional. Lauren did an amazing job and best of all, she’s super friendly. Definitely gonna be back again! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for Brazilian waxing.

It’s hard finding the right place for waxing but if you want to investment your money every dollar is worth it at the Brazilian butterfly. Customer service was amazing since it was my first time there I didn’t have to wait long to be treated, Minnie was looking after me her work was incredible shes an lovely, amazing person who made me feel comfortable and always reassured me to make sure I was ok. Service and the employees here are amazing would highly recommend this place. Thank you ️️

Just did a treatment with Shania. She is friendly, makes you comfortable and the product is of good quality. The experience is not as painful as other places. Will definitely be back again.

Been coming to Brazilian butterfly since they relocated to Epping plaza. They are professionals and consistent. I dont trust anyone else with my eyebrows.

I love coming here and getting waxed! It’s been 1.5 years since I’ve been coming here. Customer service is excellent and they are always accommodating. I had a waxing today and it was very fast and amazingly painless. Sanja was very kind and the venue is spotless. Overall it has been one of the best waxing experiences I ever had. Thanks heaps Sanja & BB!

Going off the reviews, I decided to try BB Epping. I have been to Richmond and Port Melbourne studios and they are fantastic. I will admit I am not the best when it comes to waxing but I don't know anyone who is! I had another appointment to attend but had calculated my time according to past waxing appointments that I had and knew it would take no more than 20 mins. When I arrived I had a trainee who advised she was on her second day, which is fine, I know we all have to start somewhere but this particular consultant was in no way ready to be treating unsupervised! It was the most excruciating experience I have had, it was painful, took 45 minutes and it was very obvious that she was not capable of the task at hand. At one stage she was yanking on soft hot wax that was not yet set which I screamed out from the pain. Needless to say I just wanted this to be over, when I got home I still had patches that (even after all that) had not been removed! I was red raw and the next day a rash broke out, 2 days later my entire pubic area is peeling! I have had many waxes before and never had any of these reactions so I know it's nothing to do with me and completely due to the way in which the treatment was performed. I would suggest having your trainees overseen by fully qualified beauticians so that they can be sure their trainees know what they're doing. I paid almost $50 for 45 mins of hell.

Staff were amazing! I was personally driven to my car so my spray tan would not be ruined by the rain - blew me away! Thank you

I booked in at Brazilian Butterfly Epping for my first ever wax and tan and the service i got was fantastic! All the girls where great from the receptionist to therapist.
Id had a few waxs before but i found here to be very quick and thorough. I think the girls name was jo? I also got chloe recommend for spray tan by a friend and she was great! Id had a one or two before (elsewhere) and i wasn't happy with colour but chloe listened to what i was after and she certainly delivered results. She was clear on instructions and once she had finished spraying me, she explained the do's and donts and also provided a pamphlet for me to read over.
Would recommend both therapist to anyone! Both professional!

First time here at this salon and Wow! Impressive.
The therapist I had was so experienced, polite, caring and quick. She made me feel so comfortable with my Brazilian. The wax was quality and I'm a happy customer.
This is now my new salon that i will be going to all the time.
