Brazilian all off but a patch was completely missed, I would understand if it was over grown or all different lengths of growth but it wasn’t. I’m not sure how it’s happened as well all the stragglers that could have been pulled out with the remaining 10 minutes of the appointment time slot….
I have to rewax what was missed as it looks like I have a soul patch on the left side
Not sure what the other ladies are like but don’t book with Caterina if you have to go to this one.

Tread carefully! I had a Brazilian wax two weeks ago- was absolutely amazing. Today I had literally the worst lip wax / wax experience of my life. I’ve had my lip (and body) waxed for well over twenty years- and never once felt the need to complain. The woman rushed through so quickly, she applied wax unevenly without care and didn’t even wax the middle of my upper lip - then preceded to tell me the fine hairs wouldn’t come out LOL - get home - “fine hairs” are like 3 mm and black (I’m Italian!). What a joke. Then she applied lotion to my lip and AFTER THAT she started tweezering manically? Naturally not connecting with any hairs just grabbing my skin which is now rashed and uphappy. It’s like she was so disinterested in what she was doing she couldn’t not get me in and out fast enough. Such a shame, as I said the Brazilian I got prior was amazing, but unfortunately not amazing enough to waste my time and money going back again. Avoid.

I love getting my spray-tans at this BB. The girls are all awesome- professional, friendly and supportive. They are all highly-skilled beauticians but let the client lead to ensure maximum satisfaction. Really excellent service and care. Thanks babes.
