Brazilian Butterfly Camberwell

Rinsed off my tan and it’s the worst tan I’ve ever had in my life. I followed all the prepping steps from the Brazilian Butterfly website. Visited the Camberwell store last night. I don’t believe the lady knew what she was doing or was fully trained. I have shown a few of my friends and they have said it looks horrible. I have white patches of areas she missed all down my legs and arms and I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding. This is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE!

I use to have appointments with tia from more than one year and was very happy with service but when she left was i had to book with available staff.
Today i got my chin laser and it was quite busy the lady available was in hurry and didn't properly spread gel before starting my laser treatment and gave me burn scare on my chin area. Highly disappointed and will never return again

Jackie has been fantastic at doing my waxing, I enjoy her company and swift waxing. I feel very little pain and it feels so smooth after it. Highly recommend you come here if you live close by!

Explained that I wanted to go dark & was then told what I should do, which I found strange seeing as though I’m paying for the service. Then on the way out wasn’t sure how to turn off the dryer in the spray tanning room and was met with a dry comment “haven’t you had a spray tan before? ” And had to explain myself saying I’ve never been shown how to turn off the dryer/machine. The spray tan didn’t turn out well either. Don’t recommend

Amazing spray tan, great price and highly recommend. Only criticism is the website said the express tan only took 3 hours but lady said “the website’s wrong” and it needed to be left on 4 hours.

Booked a tanning treatment with Brooke at Camberwell and she was fantastic! Professional and friendly and made me feel as ease from the moment I met her at the front desk. The tan was also great! I’ll definitely be back and will be requesting Brooke! Thanks Brooke you’re the best!

Had a lash lift, tint and brow tint/ wax all in an hour. Waxer was really friendly, professional and efficient. Lashes look fuller and darker and have a lovely curl. Eyebrows were really well shaped and evenly coloured, really natural looking. Was such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Not impressed at all, clinician was unfriendly and colouring in her jeans with a black pen at the front desk while I waited for my treatment, waxing room was dirty with hairs stuck to the floor and bed. There seemed to be no hygiene or cleaning protocol at all, the bed obviously had not been wiped down due to remnants of wax and hair, no clean towel/sheet was placed onto the bed before I lay down, wax pots had hair stuck to them. The whole process was uncomfortable, unhygienic and expensive. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Im not happy with the brazilian and full leg wax I had here!
They seem to not care about their service!
Even though I paid a lot for their service (more expensive than other salons!) but She left so many unwaxed hairs on my body! !

Been going here for years! Always have a great experience and the girls are all so lovely. Would highly recommend Jaymi for brows as she is beyond amazing and the only person I trust with them.

All the therapists I have seen have been there for a few years now! So I am happy to see any of them! They all do such a wonderful job! Very Efficient, pricing is not too bad either! Highly recommend them!

Came here to get my legs waxed because I couldn’t get to my usual water. The girl that waxed me was gruff, didn’t smile once, didn’t tell me her name and didn’t make conversation. The wax hurt A LOT — usually I barely feel it. And I couldn’t find a price list on the Brazilian Butterfly website so I was shocked to find it cost $35 for a half leg wax. You can pay $55 and get a full leg and Brazilian at some places and they’re better salons. Worst waxing experience ever.

Expensive, didn't wax all that expected, purple color is not a natural product, didn't know anything about the product they used, said it was from Brazil but I've never seen in that in Brazil, staff didn't know why the store has the name Brazilian Butterfly, - Brazilian getting 'XXX Brazilian and labia' option.

I have been coming here for about 3 years, and the service is always friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Mostly very good, occasionally get someone who is very inexperienced or doesn't give a very professional impression, but on the whole usually great. They also send out a $10 discount on your birthday which is nice.

All the girls are great very happy to come there! Very professional and good vibes! Definitely recommended!
