Jenna is awesome. Such professional and friendly service. She does myself and my daughter and I highly recommend her (and all the other girls too).

Jenna always does a wonderful job with my waxing and IPL. She is very nice and does the job very well.

My husband and I have been going to see the girls at BB Berwick for over 2 years. We are always met with a big smile and made to feel welcome and comfortable. Their service is second to none and their facilities are always clean and inviting.

Nothing better than going for a ‘hoo-haa’ full wax and feeling absolutely comfortable with them doing what they do best highly recommended.

I got a spray tan yesterday, and WOW! What an amazing colour, the technique is flawless! They listened to what I wanted and gave me that. Blew my expectations out of the water. They took great care around the areas that needed special attention, like wrists, fingers, ankles, knees etc.

I have recommend to all my girlfriends, which will be attending too. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

The ladies at Brazilian Butterfly are so professional! I’ve been going there for just over 1 year now. They are extremely quick and efficient with their waxing, I’ve never been in and out so quick for a Brazilian wax (around 20 mins). They also give you advice regarding aftercare & products you can use in each session & they’re overall very helpful:) I highly recommend Josie, she makes you feel very comfortable

My first time ever getting a Brazilian wax I chose Brazilian butterfly to do this service for me.
The lady who done it was really sweet and lovely yet the quality of her work was shocking. Come home to see that I still had so much hair left. I am extremely disappointed and will never be coming here again.

I usually love coming here, the ladies are kind professional and amazing but yesterday I didn’t get the same experience. I stood waiting for 20 minutes, the only woman working didn’t even pop her head out to acknowledge me as she was with another client. Whilst understanding she was busy, calling out or acknowledging that I had arrived would have been the proper thing to do. I wish I had walked out, after leaving with a top half of an eye brow missing that I now will have to fill for 4/6 weeks. There was no apology for running 20 minutes late, no apology to the girl who would be after me who had also came in not knowing I’d be waiting also. All I can say is I wish I had just left and had no waited since now my eye brows look like really long distance step uncles. I really will not be retuning after this experience.

I have had waxing and IPL for red veins on my face with excellent results I will certainly be going back again

I had booked at Berwick salon 01.02.20 at 11am for upper leg wax, full brazilian and eyebrow wax. My thighs were left bruised, not all the hair was taken off on my brazilian, and she only waxed the ends of my eyebrows! After phoning multiple times the next day to complain, no-one bothered to get back to me!
Very poor service!

Although i normally see Josie or Roisine. All of the girls there are great. Always friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Clean salon, friendly staff and appointments ran on time. Was a little more expensive compared to other nearby salons. They use the roll on wax cartridges which I'm not a huge fan of as they don't seem to work well on my hair. I've only visited here once and I don't think I will return due to the use of wax roller. Other than that everything else was great.

Been going to BB salons for years, just depends on where I live and which is the closest. Been going here at first when it used to be at the old location. Then I moved. Back here since last year as I'm living this way again. Staff are lovely and professional. Never had a reaction to the wax here, I have sensitive skin and don't like using just any product.
