Its always a pleasure to work with Alain at Brayco. I thought he was the owner as he goes above and beyond to help with any query I have!

Arthur Bregiannis customer service was excellent all round. Service and advice was spot on and delivery of our product was next day which was amazing.
The product was very easy tom assemble and has now created an area that is safe for all our volunteers.

I went to Bayco to just look at some stainless steel cabinets for myself and was so impressed in many ways that I purchased them then and there.
The quality was awesome and a really good selection too. The gentleman that served me was named Alan.
He was so knowledgeable about the products and the main thing for me is that he was not pushy at all for a sale but more than happy to help. He gave us some options that we didn’t consider ourselves.

I was in desperate need of some items required for a building permit which I had forgotten to order. What I thought would be an unreasonable and unachievable request by myself, Arthur was helpful above and beyond and appeared to seemlessly put everything together, organising same day delivery with an amazing outcome for myself. Whilst one item was unavailable, he sourced and advised on an alternative option which is better than what I had in mind. He also organised interstate transfer of an item that was out of stock in Melbourne.

Alain from Brayco was extremely helpful in the selection process for shelving suitable for a walk in laboratory cold room.
He advised on the most cost effective and efficient use of space option.
The shelving arrived relatively promptly, despite some parts being out of stock at time of order and was very easy to assemble.

I ordered 8 of the Air arm chairs after speaking to Alain yesterday. He was so helpful answering all my queries regarding the chairs. Pick up from Chairforce this morning was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient, complying with covid safe procedures. The chairs are stylish and extremely comfortable. Many thanks to all the staff at Chairforce for making this purchase so easy and stressfree.

I bought some chairs and stools for my home from Chair Force and they are such good value. I traveled all the way from Ballarat to Springvale and it was worth it. The chairs had protective foam/polystyrene/cardboard on the edges to prevent damage in transit. They are of excellent quality and comfortable. A few months later I requested some replacement black plastic "bumpers" for underneath the legs, and it was no trouble at all for them, to track some down for me. An excellent company with excellent staff. I would definitely be happy to use this company again.
