Braybrook STN reviews
25This has to be one of the wests best kept secrets. The food is excellent and some unexpected options and the coffee is fantastic.
Real clean place, and the coffee was great. Kids got an iced chocolate and a hot chocolate, and they smashed them down.
Staff were friendly, and it was priced pretty well.
Worst latte I've ever had.
First and last time for me at this café.
This is what pouring money down the sink looks like.
I even watched how they made their coffees there, and I thought there's no way this is going to taste any good. Turns out I was right
Had to stand there on a weekday waiting for a table and the staff were walking past me. I had to grab the attention of someone at the front.
I chose to sit outside but the scanners on the table weren’t working so I ordered at the counter, no biggie at all. I ordered an iced latte and they didn’t ask if I wanted any sugar or sweeteners and provided none at the tables outside.
Furthermore, ordered the saddest BLT id ever seen or tasted. Staff came by and provided a BLT in a cardboard container - assuming I was going for takeaway perhaps? Despite the fact that they gave me a coffee in a glass…
No cutlery provided and literally zero customer service.
I had to bring my coffee from outside to inside and ask for honey and wait there as they filled it as opposed to them offering to bring it outside.
Had to eat the BLT outside via cardboard box BLT was flavourless and very wet and sloppy too.
**** additional info for the review based on the owner's response which is quite frankly disappointing. Not once did I complain about the method of ordering, I stated it was no biggie that I had to order at the counter. Also, no I was not advised about the method of ordering. This review makes me sound like I complain and whine about serve constantly but I rarely ever do unless it is quite evident. I know how much reviews can affect a business however - the owner's response indicates a lack of awareness of poor customer service and instead tries to justify it as opposed to accepting constructive criticism that could assist - I understand that the male server would have been busy and have no issues with it. It was the lack of overall attentiveness to my order, the failure to provide any cutlery and a BLT slapped in a carboard box. I wasn't looking for conversation - I've been to many local businesses and have the biggest sympathy when it's busy. However, if a customer chooses to sit outside it the standard of customer service should not drop and they shouldn't be neglected. The owner's response and sarcasm is downright rude. I would not have ever responded to a reply if not for it.
Very good but have yo remember they close early in the afternoon. Closed when I went today.
Coffee is always top notch and staff are all lovely.
I’ve had a fair few things off the menu and although the food is nice, I’m not convinced some of the dishes ‘work’. The jalapeño corn fritters for example. Everything on the plate is delicious…but none of it goes together. Anyway, just my opinion.
Food is nice, but the place could do with a good clean. The cafe has lots of white trim, white tables and white chairs. Everything is scuffed, marked and dirty from the floor trims to the chairs and tables themselves.
This place needs a deep clean and tidy up or a re-paint. Visually unappealing.
Coffee is lovely, perfect temperature and the right amount of foam that a cappuccino is meant to have. Food is quick and delicious.
Nice creamy coffee, with a casual vib. Young relaxed staff, who are friendly and happy to be a work. Love the layout and colour scheme.
Just landed off a flight, checked in close by and was looking for a nice meal - This was even better than what I wanted! The food looks great and tastes even better! Eggs are perfect, the rosemary hash is amazing and the corn zucchini jalepeno fritters are the best fritters I've had. Seriously good I want to eat more but my stomach is full. Very nice
Generous portion and well presented meal!
Could feel the chef’s passion in putting the meal together. Healthy and yet so tasty.
Love their delicious smoothie.
Efficient and friendly staffs.
This place has super delicious food, lovely staff and a great fit out. Don't look down on it because it's in a shopping centre, this place hits the high bar set by other cafes in the area. Katsu sando and chicken focaccia are super yum.
I had brunch with a friend here and it was lovely. I liked the crispy pork belly baos better than the fried chicken ones. Good customer service, clean cafe.
We need more places like this in the area! Great food with your usual but also different options, coffee is delicious and we've always received great customer service.
Had the fried chicken bao and tropicana smoothie. Delicious flavours - just a bit on the pricey side.
We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful cafe in Braybrook! The coffee, food and service is all fantastic. The staff are friendly, accommodating and always make you feel very welcome.
I had no expectations.
I would definitely come back.
Great flavour and top presentation.
Service was friendly and fast.
Food was okay but definitely not coming back due being surprised by a 10% surcharge on weekends, when paying bill. It wouldnt have been so bad, had they told us when ordering.
There are many other better cafes around that dont have surcharge on weekends.
Looked at photos on other reviews & thought yum, but when we went there, whole different story. $8 for a milkshake - a small glass of milk with a smaller amount of flavoring that had no flavour. Didn't bother to order anything else, went to mermaids & got a great hamburger instead & Hungary Jack's for a thickshake.
Good food good coffee, so glad they have opened up as braybrook desperately needed a nice cafe
