Really happy with the outcome. Had my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra LCD replaced the same afternoon I contacted them for assistance.

Incredibly helpful and great attention to detail. Gave a lot of helpful advice. I ended up being able to get my phone fixed under warranty but I will definitely use their service in the future.

My first experience I have is I don’t go there for service the iphone. I just want to borrow the screwdriver tools to fixing my stuff. They are so nice just give me a favour to fix my thing. Then after a week my iPhone have issues. I don’t know how to fixing. Suddenly I thinking about the iPhone shop, They are so friendly and good Service to customer. That why I choose to come back here to let them service my iPhone.

Been going here for a few years for the odd screen protector or phone repair when needed, and they are honestly faster, cheaper, more reliable and more trustworthy than any where else I’ve been.
Countless times when I’ve gone elsewhere for a screen protector or repair, when I come back there’s a bunch of extra costs I wasn’t told about beforehand!
But not at Microfix, if anything I’m consistently surprised at the value for money and I’ve never been surprised with a cost.

Terrific service. Braybrook Microfix has fixed two of my ipad screens. The first time was about a year ago, and it was a second repair. The previous repairer couldn’t fix the home button, so we lived with a floating home button for about a year - which was very annoying. But BM fixed the screen and home button.

This time they fixed an IPad 7th gen screen, which shattered when my daughter dropped it on concrete. The fix brought the ipad back to as new.

We are extremely happy with their service and commitment to doing a great job. They also very friendly.

I repaired my iPhone 8 plus here 2 months ago, the screen was flickering so i went to another repair shop.

They repaired it infront of me and showed me that there were my GENUINE parts MISSING!

Provided my phone to Microfix to see why my mobile phone wasn't turning on or charging. They investigated and sourced the replacement parts at a reasonable price. They quoted cheaper than another local phone repair place and had better customer service. Even though I decided not to proceed with getting my phone fixed in the end, they were gracious in understanding and I simply paid for the labour. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

The phone (iPhone 8 plus) and it was excellent so I got it fixed the next day for $200. Bi the guy working there offered me a complimentary phone to use while my phone was getting fixed which I’ve never been offered before when getting repairs. Very happy with the service and excellent value for price. Will definitely be back again!

My iPhone 6 screen has been broken several times as I have a toddler who is keen to throwing the phone around. The team at Braybrook Microfix replaced the screen a couple of months ago when we visited them with a high quality screen at a very reasonable price.

They also provided advice that it needs Temper Glass protection and a heavy duty case which was also offered on the spot at a very reasonable price. We are delighted with the service and the quality of the repair. Ever since, it has been a few months and the phone is working fine and everything is intact and well despite the phone falling several times! Another thing to add is that they have a very high quality workmanship and are very honest in their dealings.

The team here knows what they are doing and we highly recommend them!

Dropped phone off at 4pm Friday, these guys sourced parts, replaced screen, cheaper than anywhere else, faster than anyone else, with zero problems and prompt communication. Done by midday Monday! In addition, even helped disassemble my backup phone so I could replace the battery myself, for no extra charge. Phones are essential these days and these guys provide an invaluable and superb service. Thanks again guys!
