Brax Window Treatments

Very poor experience. Dates & times for installation of a new blind was made by Brax on every occasion without even asking me whether it suited me. This necessitated me then phoning them to make a mutually convenient time on multiple occasions because Brax then cancelled the agreed installation time on TWO occasions apparently due to illness. Then booked installation for some time between 10am & 1pm. Would have thought that the owner had enough insight to appreciate that I had been seriously inconvenienced by Brax & perhaps ensure that I be one of the earliest installations. But no, installer turned up half an hour late, so I waited 3 1/2 hours in total. Terrible customer experience.

We got blinds installed in dining and lounge room and the whole process was great from start to finish I am extremely happy with the quality of the blinds and customer service was good as well, would highly recommend brax blinds from my own experience with this company

We had great service with Brax window treatments. Due to our home frame they upgraded our shutters at no extra cost. Installation of the shutters were done very professionally aswell. Would definitely use them again.

Sloppy installation- the company were referred to us by a friend. When you paying top-dollar for a blind your expectations are quite high. You don't expect fingerprints on the blind or to pick up the off cuts of the steel posts in your garden.

Brilliant service, from start to finish. Friendly, informative staff that discussed options with us in their showroom, and then the installer came on time and was just as friendly as the staff in-store. Our new blinds in the nursery look fantastic, and we would happily recommend Brax to anyone that values professionalism and reliability. Very happy customer.

We recently purchase blinds for our new windows. We discussed with our consultant Cal how we could automate our new blinds. Cal gave us options and explained the process to us and made everything very simple. The blinds were ready to fit within a week much sooner than we expected. The blinds are so good, we are very pleased they are fantastic quality and we would recommend them to any friends and family.

We love our Brax motorised blinds - very easy to program automatically, or operate them remotely using the app on our phones.

Thanks Brax, there was a little mistake with the colour of my blinds and your response was amazing. Thanks Deb for getting it sorted in about 15 minutes and for organising to have the blinds replaced in the right colour. They look great. The true test of customer service is how a business responds when something goes wrong and you passed the test with flying colours.
