Great place. Very comfortable and friendly. Kids really enjoy their classes. Staff are easy to talk to and very approachable.

Grandson attends there and I watch him train sometimes, the staff are very dedicated to passing on their skills, experience and instilling confidence and friendship and done with patience. It's a rewarding environment.

Roger is the owner of this gym and is very welcoming and kind. He is very respectful, humble and great to talk to when you enter his gym. He has created an awesome vibe and culture that accepts people at all levels

Beginner level, have no idea what I'm doing but the coaches made me feel at ease. I was intimidated at first, because everyone looked so fit and I didn't and almost walked straight back out the door. Glad I didn't though because after the initial bout of self sabotage and insecurity it ended up being fun and challenging. Loved it and will definitely go back.

Great facility Nong is a good trainer highly recommend if you want to learn traditional Mauy Thai, the other guys in the class were pretty friendly and is reasonably priced.

Outstanding, authentic Muay Thai training taught by a genuine Thai legend. Great facilities and a lovely, welcoming environment for students of all ages and skill levels.

Did a private one on one training with Kru Nong, I have to said Kru Nong is a fantastic trainer, highly recommended.
