4Murray is an experienced and knowledgeable psychologist who has changed my life. All staff at this practice are very friendly and welcoming.
I’ve been seeing Murray on a monthly basis for over two years now. I can honestly say he’s helped me change my life for the better, he’s given me the tools to tackle and deal with most things that come my way. Between each session I go away and try the techniques we discussed and I see small improvements each month with how I deal with internal and external stimuli. However, that improvement when observed over the two years has been huge. Murray is an exceptional therapist and I highly, highly recommend seeing him. If you’re on the fence about going to see a therapist, I’d definitely go see Murray.
I found the Brave Group's approach to be refreshingly different, particularly the way they integrate fitness into the treatment program. This was a really important part of my recovery and overall well-being. Highly recommend Murray and the team.
