Always love dining here, wines are good, beers are good, spirits are good. The menu regularly rotates to continue being enticing. The service is exceptional & if there is ever a problem they sort it out quick smart. The food is always exceptional, I don’t know if the chef has ever had a bad day.
So glad Mildura has a restaurant like this!

The food was excellent, as was the coffee, and service from a bygone era (don’t recall when anyone last called me Sir!). Definitely coming back! Just wish they were open later so we had a beer chance of being able to enjoy this excellent cafe.

Just had a fantastic breakfast. My wife had the Chilli Scambled (which I couldn't help but to steal some off her plate lol) and I had the Local Mushrooms dish, both scrumptious. The crew is very friendly and the atmosphere was also great. Would highly recommend a visit.

Are you after Melbourne tasting coffee and a good brunch? You’ll find it here at Brass Monkey. We had a delicious tasteful brunch with local mushrooms and fantastic prepared coffee’s in a mug. The service is excellent and the place is funky.

Very impressed with the food and the service here, called in for lunch and enjoyed an iced coffee and a Banh Mi, which was tasty with the mayo sweet soybean sauce

Brass Monkey is a wonderful cafe. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and capable; I always feel welcome and leave with a smile. The coffee is excellent and possibly the best I've had in Mildura. The food is great, too?

The hospitality was wonderful and the food was first rate. We ordered the Feed Me menu and dined on delicious entrees, mains of pork belly and duck accompanied by scrumptious sides, and churros (yum) and frozen parfait for dessert. Every dish was tasty and well presented. Highly recommended.

Were only in Mildura one night and had read a review of Brass Monkey.
Can say that it was fabulous. Took the “feed me” menu.
Didn’t disappoint. Wonderful flavours and just the right amount.

Hard one.the food was amazing - we went with the Feed Me option, which did not disappoint! But.the service was just poor.
Even though the staff were extremely friendly, we had to wait for over half an hour for our drinks to come each time. We only order drinks twice (2 each time) and we had to ask both times where our drinks were.
When we asked our waitress what was good, she said she "didn't know"! Maybe she was new, but it still didn't give a very good impression.
The entrée took over an hr.to come out which is too long to wait when having a 3 course meal.
The venue is also very noisy.
Would I go back? Yes! I would just make sure I didn't have to be anywhere else afterwards.

Fabulous staff, dinner and the panacotta sealed a wonderful evening. Thank you. Will be back again soon.

We had a fabulous meal with exceptional service. I can highly recommend this restaurant. If you like beef, try the dumplings, the cashew sauce is delicious. Desert lovers should finish with the churros! Don't forget to shout out to the chefs, they deserve it.
