Was served by the lovely Kayla. Best customer service ever. She was very kind and polite. Very helpful. Very well mannered and had immaculate etiquette. Was very gentle and knowledgeable and helped me find my right bra size. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Really showed she has a care and concern for the ones that walk in. Great customer service in here today. My girls needed to be fitted and Anushka went above and beyond with making them feel comfortable and nothing was a problem for her. They could try on many different types of bras and she was happy to help no matter how long it took.

Amazing staff (came in friday)! The girl rhat helped size us really knows a lot. Have been to Bras N Things elsewhere and was sized WRONG! But not here, staff know their stuff. Thank you! Never have I worn a bra that was cute AND comfy!

Great service this morning with the nicest lady. I've never felt so comfortable in a bra fitting before. I will be back again with my daughter for her first fitting and my mother. Her knowledge and skills are an asset to the business and it's so nice to see someone so young who really cares about helping customers and not just making sales! Thank you Chloe. I feel amazing.

Went to get some items from the store, however when I asked the sales girls whether they assist with fittings, they said no and told me to go to Myer for that instead.

Not sure how a shop which sell bras function without assisting their customers to get the right sizes.

All the sales assistants were behind the counter talking about their personal lives and not one single person offered to assist the customers during the 30 minutes I spent in the shop.

I don't really like bra fitting or shopping tbh, but the girls here made it all very straight forward, comfortable and easy. Special thanks to blonde hair lady (unsure of her name) and Kylie who fitted me. Love the bras I got, super comfortable, wish I came there sooner!:)

Poor service bought multiple items and needed 2 items in a smaller size which apparently takes 8 weeks to come in which I was never told originally.have walked in 3 times. 2nd phone call I made, I was told the items had arrived (I had to call each time) went in hadn't been ordered. Apparently staff were from Geelong store and don't know what's going on which was odd surely there is a customer order book. Walked in today 7th week to see if anything had come through lovely Jan was helpful and honest enough to tell me its been there for weeks. Unfortanetly staff didn't think to call and notify me. Very poor service. However today Jan was helpful. But wouldn't walk into the werribee store ti be honest. Very exhausting experience.

If your hours changed during Covid, please update your website. Drove for 25mins to shop because it said Open until 9pm and you were closed!

Really poor service experience - generally these stores have been fantastic but the lady found every excuse to serve anyone but me and had no idea when it came to maternity fittings

Went shopping with my girlfriend here to get her new stuff for her birthday. While in the changerooms she asked to find her some items. Being a male I do not wear the items in this store so I struggled my way through finding the right sizes. Through my browsing I did manage to find some items for my partner without any assistance.

During my 25 minute visit in this store not one Cust.service person offered to help. Instead I was met with several awkward looks and at one point was even pushed out of the way while a rep was helping another customer, without even an acknowledgement I existed.

We still spent a fair amount in-store from the garments my partner liked but I will never attend this store again. Your reps may be interested that while men don't wear these garments, we are often happy to splash big for our partners to get the nice items.

I want everyone to know how absolutely amazing the girls on Friday night were! They were so knowledgeable and helpful! They were serving multiple clients at once but treated everyone as if they mattered and gave them the time and support they needed. Honestly a big thank you to the girls! You turned my night around from a downward spiral into a very good night. Thank you for your patience and help! These girls deserve a commendation for going above and beyond for every customer. Thank you again!
