Bras N Things The Glen

Anji at The Glen is an absolute superstar! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Have been to other brain things store and the ‘customer service’ was non existent.
Anji was friendly, happy & such a pleasure to deal with. Worth the extra time travelling to The Glen for her amazing customer service.

Sales girl who was in the store was not helpful at all. I showed a photo of a similar product that was purchased from this store and wanted to find the same but she was so nasty and sounded like "who cares? " Would never go to this store again.

Went in a couple weeks back, was quite nervous as I didn't really know much about sizing and had only a rough and general idea of what I wanted. One of the assistants, Paula, saw that I was a bit awkward. She reassured me that it was a judgement free zone and that every body was worth celebrating. She immensely eased my anxiety and offered to help find my size. I left the store feeling surprisingly better about myself. I'll be back to take up on Paula's bralette recommendations in the future:)

Aimee was amazing tonight purchasing 3 bras for my embarrassed teenager. She put her at ease immediately. Thanks Aimee will be back ️

I was well looked after and made sure my choices were right guided by her advice, Paula took alot of time making sure my girls were supported in the right fit.
Thankyou extremely happy with my new underwear makeover.

Very disappointing customer service from Paula, I waited for 15 minutes to get help then she came to me and said she already has 2 customers to help from before but she served one customer who came after me.
Its not fair, if she is maintaining the queue. I was not feel nice with her attitude.

I highly recommend shopping at Bras n Things at the Glen! I had a wonderful shopping experience yesterday with Aimee. She helped measure my size which is something I have always been too scared to do but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Aimee also recommended a fantastic bra which is my favourite purchase! Fantastic customer service skills, she was awesome, I will be returning to use my voucher soon!:)
