If I could give zero for customer experience I would. Went into watergardens shop on 18/3. One assistant, dark hair, I felt deliberately went out of her way to refuse service just because I asked for help while unchanged in the room. 100% focus to one customer whilst ignoring basic assistance to myself. I waited for a few minutes, reasonable time. I felt she deliberately ignored & made it a point to not assist because I assume she thought I was being rude. Yes as a customer we have basic expectations for service but she was downright rude. How do you focus solely on one client without thinking a waiting customer is not going to feel frustrated at some point after waiting an reasonable amount of time. I hope her boss sees this review. Happy to make a formal complaint. Anyway due to that behaviour they lost my sale & I'll never step foot in the shop again. I'll also tell others not too as well! Hope you learn from this review before deciding to treat another customer like that again.

Not sure of the name of the lady who was working here on Sunday 21st but the customer service there needs to improve. I had to repeat myself numerous times on what i wanted to change, in the end she got annoyed and as the transaction finished she didnt even say "thank you" or "have a nice day to me". As i walked off my daughter heard her do a reaction! Wont be coming back to this store as they dont even make you feel comfortable if you need to exchange something.

The girls there are always so friendly and helpful.

I always have good chats when i am there. And their bras go into large cup sizes.

I was forgotten about in the change room yesterday.
The store was under staffed with only one worker on bc the manager had taken her break at the busiest time of day.
I find when being fitted it’s never done properly, I didn’t get around to that this time anyway because I was forgotten about and left in the change room for a good 10-15 minutes. It is really bad customer service.
Lovely staff, and I can somewhat understand that it was busy but that’s where being under staffed comes in as an issue. I won’t be going back due to staff not really having the time to provide what you’ve asked for or really have the time to help you because they’re busy with 7 other customers at the same time. Really unfortunate that the service at watergardens bras and things isn’t very good: (

Thank you to the young lady for her brilliant customer service this morning. Both my teenage daughter and I were very appreciative of her help and advice regarding styling and fit. Great to see exceptional customer service still exists.

Wanted to say a massive thank you to Jordyn who assisted me today! Obviously this business requires an intimate approach and Jordyn was outstanding in her assistance and demeanour. Very rarely do you find retail representatives that go above and beyond for their clients and it was an absolute pleasure to have been helped by her today. I just wish that more people in this industry were more like there. Thank you Jordyn!
