Bras N Things South Wharf DFO

Went in there today (saturday) & two lovely girls were so helpful and nice there! Didn’t catch their names but they had amazing customer service & really went above and beyond for me:)

Emily was beyond helpful! First bra fitting for my daughter and she was awesome ️

I love the place because of both the large variety and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The lady working there was so cheerful, knowledgable and well-managed. Alone she was handling multiple customers, helping each one out to get the best.

Good choice of sizes & very good sale on now. This place has large sizes as well as small sizes.

Bought 3 beautiful items there today, Sunday. Jan. 12.202. It was a great experience until 2 security men approached me outside South Warf about an alleged unpaid/missing items from the store. After I showed my receipt and items in the shopping bag they go “we apologise, all good, you can go. My sister and I weren’t having it so we went upstairs to clarify everything. I asked, they explained, I explained, then they apologised.
As we left the the building there were so many questions popping in my head that I feel I should have asked.
Tip: Unlike ZARA where everyone gets a tag as to how many items will be tried on, Bras and things doesnt have that. So to avoid this kind of situation from happening next time, make sure to tell the staff how many items you are taking with you at the fitting room and make them know the numbers of items you are gonna return and the items you want to buy. I know this can sound tricky and confusing but at least you make it sure to them that you make them aware of it. But yeah the number tag system at ZARA would probably be the best.

Honestly the BEST bras n things store. The customer service is amazing and make you feel so comfortable in your own skin. Never felt the need to rave about a store before, but honest to god so impressed
