Bras N Things Shepparton

Every time I have been in there I have not been greeted, not asked for help not a word, and I thought let’s give bras n things a fifth go and a girl named Elle I think was lovely the only one that has ever said anything to us

I came in to the Shepparton store the other day and Emily was extremely helpful and knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be coming back.

Helllllooo dear readers, I know it has been so looking since I have posted to Google reviews, but here I am back and more rainbows than ever.

I am going to speak of the experience I had at Bras N Things Shepparton. I have a family member who has Autism, and bras have and were being a source of sensory stress. The way they fit, the underside and a multitude of other stresses, that impacted my family members ability to wear bras.

Being a (cis) gender male, I struggled with my ability to help my family member, I saw their struggle and could empathise but not to a level that was needed. So we decided that one option was our local Bras N Things.

Upon arrival the store is so very trendy, and hip, the bold colours and huge variety of undergarment styles is dizzying. LoL's But could they help with my family member who is on the spectrum and needs sensory friendly bras.

A young woman by the name of Chloe came over to serve us, and asked what we needed. My family member we feeling overwhelmed so I spoke and said that my family member has some sensory issues but needed a bra. Chloe instantly said, "Of course, I understand, please let me know as we work together if there is anything that I can do to facilitate you sensory needs". Chloe showed so much empathy and compassion for my family member, it made me feel so grateful, and made me super emotional.

What proceeded was Chloe going super above and beyond, being so patient with my family member, taking so much time to make sure everything was correct, and all the while being so Autism friendly and compassionate. We left their with a perfect fitting sensory friendly bra. And the most uplifted hearts.

But I cannot mention Chloe without mentioning Hannah, the other customer service representative in Bras N Things. Hannah was so kind and courteous, every customer Hannah served was greeted with a huge smile, and glowing personality. Hannah made every customer matter, and also made time to chat to me as I waited.

If I could give an 11 of of 10, Bras and Things Shepparton, would be the 11, to all people that have sensory issues, or are on the spectrum, or have a family member that is and need a bra, look no further. As I write this, I am still aglow with how wonderful Chloe and Hannah made our retail adventure.

P. S, if the service couldn't possible get better, Chloe the store manager gave her details to my family member so that when we need undergarments again, we can work with Chloe, which is so huge for my family member who thrives of consistency.
