Bras N Things Northland

Have been putting off getting fitted for a long time. I walked into the store and was greeted straight away. I was fitted by a very lovely lady called Sarah. And walked away happy with two bras. Thank you

I love this store. I have bought all my lingerie from here. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

Usually shop at bras and things but the girl at this store wouldn’t check my bra size for me. I was in a rush to just buy another colour of the current bra I was wearing and I had to try look in the mirror to see my size, being in a rush and telling her I just wanted to grab my size and go she wouldn’t check my bra size for me in person and watched me struggle to check my size. Found that really odd considering they were doing size checks so it wasn’t about being close to people; I left the store.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sarah today who made the whole process easy, comfortable and fun! Found a perfect fit and walked out feeling so happy! Amazing customer service from Sarah, thank you!

I just want to say thank you so much to Jasmine one of the workers at the northland store! I walked in very anxious and apprehensive about the struggle of finding a new bra that will fit me ok considering I’m postpartum so my breast have changed a lot. Jasmine was extremely patient and understand regarding my concerns and took her time to help guide me in choosing the most suitable bra for my cup size. She helped my find two bras that fit me really well, supportive and flattering.:) I will definitely shop at bras n things again given how terrific the customer service was!

Sheesh come on ppl, if a woman is looking for lingerie which is a very personal thing to do for herself, at least step up to the plate & be helpful & encouraging with your products & not boring or unassisting!
And get more stock to put on display & for when a customer wants to buy the item

They have great stock. The staff are amazing and are really attentive to your needs they are happy to help, but also just happy to let you browse by yourself. The bras are really good quality. Great store.
