Just had fantastic service from
Stacey what a lovely young lady.
She was helpful and guided to the right size etc.and with a smile too, she is an asset to the Frankston store.

Rubbish, horrible staff and after making a complaint the regional manager is to lazy to call back!

My friend and I had a fitting and it was such a lovely experience. We were both nervous but the woman fitting us was so helpful and kind.

Taylors expertise and knowledge made my initially daunting visit today such a comfortable and easy experience. 10/10 customer service and advice, will absolutely be going back when I need to refit myself.

Have had great experiences shopping with bras and things until recent, a staff member snapped at me when I asked if I could try on the smaller size 'WE CAN'T DO THAT' is not really an appropriate response.

I generally don’t have time to review many stores I go to. However after leaving Bras and Things Bayside I knew I needed to make an effort.
Two ladies helped me find a bra (post baby) of course a little self conscious and made me feel completely comfortable. They knew exactly what they were talking about in regards to sizing and didn’t just do the typical “yep that looks good, great choice” I would have been in there for a little under an hour as these ladies helped me with about 20 different bras until we go the perfect one for my post baby bust.
Grateful for these ladies because I am now feeling much better in a proper bra.

I've shopped at bras n things for years and I'm disgusted with the lack of service we experienced today at your Frankston store.
My daughter is 8 months pregnant and just wanted a strapless bra to wear for her baby shower. Absolutely NO service was given and she walked out in tears. Will never shop here again.

I just went to discuss wash bags I have from bras n things that have ALL had the zippers broken off… some I had brought even recently and the rude girl in the shop said that “if they are even from bras n things” there was nothing she could do! And sent me on my way. Not helpful at all.
No resolution or compassion as to why all my washbag zips are breaking from your business!
I have bought al my wash bags from bras n things for years and will never buy again after that unhelpful experience.
