Bras N Things Craigieburn Central

They don’t even deserve one star. I came in to the store a few times and have received the worst customer service, they are extremely rude and fake. The lady with black hair who is older, assuming it is the manager is extremely sarcastic and rude, I thought she might be having a bad day but when I came in once again another lady that was serving me was again extremely rude, I just asked for help and she didn’t even bother helping me, all she said was it’s over there and walked away from me and just kept going on her phone. She said she was the assistant manager, this behaviour is disgusting. I only came to this store because I was in the area, I DO NOT want to go in to a bras n things store after what I have experienced at Cragieburn. If you are not happy with your job then leave I’m sure there would be people that would do a much better job with proper manners.

When into bras n things at Craigieburn today and had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had Kayla made me feel welcomed, she made me feel comfortable and confident I’ve been in years. She was warm and comfortable and she is an asset to your company. She is an angel. I will definitely be back. This review is made by Charlene Daoud

The staff here are so fantastic! Really lovely, really approachable, and super super helpful! I'm a bigbusted woman and very awkward but they were super happy to help me with everything and even gave me a fitting. Just be careful, somehow I ended up walking out with nearly $200 of purchased without realising how much I spent they're also great at upselling!

I visited yesterday at Craigieburn store 20 September 2022 in between 4 to 4.40 pm. I am new in area I was just randomly shopping I saw brass n things.which is my favourite store. I have all my lingerie from there I thought I will ask the lady about strapless bras which I had before but big size.so I didn't remember the size and I was trying to ask that lady who was working there the lady was so rude.she was not interested to serve me.so really sad I was after that

I received amazing customer service today from Beth. I was very nervous being dressed in guy mode and buying lingerie for myself. Beth made me feel so comfortable and that I belonged in the store. I will definitely be a return customer.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Didnt get a welcome coming in. Was waiting at the counter for 10 minutes and the blonde lady serving was on the phone the whole time didn't even acknowledge us and that waiting to make a purchase. Once she did get off the phone after seeing wait for ages at the counter she left to help another customer in the change rooms. We refused to buy anyting from someone so rude with such bad customer service skills.

I love to shop at bras n things but I prefer to go to epping, because I feel more comfortable, better customer service and more selection of seals items

Terrible customer service. Asked the sales assistant to help find seamless / seam-free / laser-cut underwear. She said she didn't know what they were and then just walked away. Not sure how a store that specializes in underwear has staff that don't know something as basic as seamless underwear. My guess is maybe she just couldn't be bothered doing her job or somehow couldn't figure out what "seamless" meant.

Just a personal thank you to Flavia for always giving the best customer service, she’s always friendly and smiling. Today I had a problem with my gift cards and I thank her for taking the initiative to take the steps to help.:)
