Bras N Things Airport West

Went here a few weeks ago and asked for assistance with sizing. The lass who helped me used a tape measure. Went to Bonds outlet at DFO Essendon a few weeks later, and was told I was a different size! This isn't the first time this happened at Bras n Things Airport West.

I’ve been contemplating writing something for a bit now but considering this store it’s genuinely one of my favourite places I think I should speak up. I was in the store when the last review was made and I’m actually upset to see that the customer had completely exaggerated the whole situation and turned it around to reflect bad on the retail worker that was pretty much getting abused for answering a phone. I’ve genuinely never been so shocked to see how someone could get so abusive to the worker that was literally trying to apologise. I know it’s not easy to maintain yourself when you have customers abusing and belittling you but I must say I’m proud with how she responded and acted, was still professional even though you could clearly see she was getting verbally attacked and it’s also part of the reason why I’ll continue going back. So much respect was earned that day.

Horrible customer service. I went in at around 9: 00am and there was only myself and my friend in the store. The manager on duty took a phone call when I went up to pay. I sighed to my friend as we were pressed for time. When the manager returned she abused me for sighing stating she was the only one in the store. I stated I recognised this but was pressed for time and just communicating with my friend (mind you all this was while I was currently trying something on). I also stated that I had not attacked her and didn’t appreciate how she was speaking. The manager was relentless while I was trying to pay to leave the store. I would go literally anywhere else but this store.

I feel the retail service industry has lost its way, they forget we are the customers that need service.
Unfortunately it's all about money. But if they'd just give good service you'd make more.

The customer service wasn’t good. Went to try on clothes and no one checked in on me to see if I needed help in any way even though I had made myself known in asking if I was able to try things on before entering the changing area, I had to get re dressed and leave my things in the dressing room to get bigger sizes and even though the shop assistants watched me do this as they stood around they still offered no help. The store had one other customer in it.

Bought some lovely items here pre COVID19. Lovely selection. Staff were extremely helpful in fitting and choosing. Will return.

Absolute amazing service if you go here ask for Alisha she goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcomed.

I went to the BNT store and purchased a bra for $49.99, and gave the shop assistant $100. She receipt it correctly, but gave me change of $20. I asked what was the item price with $20 in my hand. She apologised and said she thought I gave her $50. I asked why would I get $20 back if I gave her $50?
She called the manager and gave me $50 back.
This is a common practice in stores at Westfield Shopping centre in Airport West. Customers are short changed especially during holiday season. Be careful.

Really helpful staff member who handled my daughter beautifully through the experience of getting her first bra. Nice range.

I came in here to buy a few bras and nickers, i had to ask the young girl for help as she was busy talking to her friends.she walked up to were i i was and then walked off again.so i walked out and i will never come back to this store again.

The young girl that works there is so rude, I think her name is Alicia. Will never go in the shop again highly not recommended
