6Online purchases are a breeze and then great customer service in store if you need to return or exchange something.bras n things are doing a great job of employing lovely girls for their stores.
This was a few years back and it’s what’s turned me off since! They have a nice variety of bras and what not, I asked to be fitted the lady gave me a selection of bras. I asked for some to be put on lay by and I’ll come in weekly to pay it off. I ended up in hospital and couldn’t make 1 payment, I called up and explained my situation and the lady I spoke too was very unsympathetic! When discharged from hospital I came in to pay the lay by and was told it was no longer as I missed 1 payment. When I explained I called up they didn’t want to hear about it!
Lovely young lady, very knowledgeable and most helpful. Came into the fitting room to see if she could assist me, even though there were customers in the shop and she appeared to be the only sales assistance. Sorry didn’t get her name but it was Monday morning.
Cannot fault the amazing customer service received by Samantha! She was super helpful, gave great suggestions and information. Made me feel super comfortable and definitely will be going back here! Thank you ️
Desperately needed some new bras after lockdown, the lady working was so helpful. She was there by herself and quite busy but juggled all customers and didn't get frazzled. Fitted me for new bras as the style I used to buy has been discontinued and was very helpful in finding the right one to suit me.
Good posters in the windows and the wife says they have great products and give good support.:)
