Bras N Things

Disgusting treatment, made to feel like a low life, was shopping with my fiancé. She asked for my opinion so I popped my head in the change room to see. I immediately left the change room to be told it’s policy I’m not allowed in the area and to sit at the front of the store. I’ve never been so humiliated in a store, my fiancé and I have shopped for years at Bras and things and never had this issue. That’s the last time we ever step foot in that store. Will be seeking legal advice regarding discrimination.

Kiah was great - listened to what I wanted & took the time to find me what I needed. She was very insistent on ensuring it fit properly and that I was comfortable.
I’ve hated buying bras for years & it’s only since going into Bras n Things that I’ve started feeling comfortable again but it does depend on the person helping you. Luckily Bras n Things seem to have lovely staff like Kiah.

I can’t explain how amazing the customer service of these girls was. Specially Angie, I walked in not knowing what I wanted and was quite overwhelmed from all the other stores, but walked out with two gorgeous sets thanks to this girl

I've been feeling really insecure in my bras recently and thought I would spoil myself to a more expensive bra, went in and tried on a few to find my usual didn't fit anymore. One of the lovely ladies (I didn't catch her name unfortunately!) checked on me in the change rooms and immediately picked out a different size.and it was perfect! With one glance she knew the problem and grabbed some cute styles in my proper size and I ended up leaving with two, and feeling amazing! Really appreciate it, they do a great job.

One of the employees seemed suspicious and asked if I was shopping for anything even though I was clearly with my partner. Got indirectly urged to sit down in a corner of the store if I was waiting instead of being encouraged to browse which was quite rude and dismissive.

I was fitted on Sunday by a lady named Alexis/Alexa. Absolutely wonderful service, I had never been fitted before and she made me very comfortable. Really appreciate your service!

A BIG thank you to Alexis with her assistance on bra fitting! It's lovely to have such caring help and explaining what we are looking for and making minor adjustment with fantastic results! And I love knowing that my money was well spent!

As usual the staff were prompt and ready to help, fitting was done quickly and felt very comfortable. The bras as usual great quality and price.

I had an amazing experience there. That's how every woman should feel when shopping for bras in particular. I was served by Christina I believe who is also the store manager. Giving five stars and saying great customer service doesn't come close to a fair description of my experience. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely patient even when I was being resistant. She kept on offering me different options so that I had enough to choose from She answered all my questions and explained things patiently. And if that wasn't enough she was the only one in the store serving me and other customers graciously and when the store closed and I was still there She continued to help me and I pretty much got a VIP treatment. I could go on and on how great my experience there was.go there you won't be disappointed at all.

Wanna give special thanks to the sales girl Ellie at Chadstone store whose support was incredible to the customers. Patient and caring, never hesitated to help out finding the perfect match for me even when I had to try about 10 items. Appreciate her attitude to work.

I was helped by the lovely Emily in the fitting room, she did an amazing job and I could tell that she genuinely loved her job! Despite it being Black Friday she was still super attentive and helpful, thank you so much!

The staff are excellent. Steph, in particular, was super friendly and kind. With her help I found what I needed even though I walked into the store being clueless about what would look flattering on my body type. She was patient with me and went the extra mile to cater my needs. Had a wonderful experience in this store. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Went into Bras N Things on a busy Friday night and had wonderful service from all 3 girls working there! Got exactly what I was looking for and it was such an easy shopping experience! Thanks girls!

I got served at the register by Patricia, nasty, didn't ask if I had a membership, even though she asked the person in front of me, and tried to make me buy matching underwear even though I said I didn't want to multiple times. Poor service

Went to return one of three bras purchased last Friday. Was asked " did u try it on? " My response was "no". To be then told "well that's your problem"

The only I problem i have is with your attitude.
