Bras N Things

Terrible customer service. After being incorrectly fitted (3 times) I returned the bras that were sized wrong. I was served by Tayla and was given nothing but issues. I got a refund the first time but was given the sale price - not what I paid. Upon the second return she made me repurchase the bra then refund me the same dollar amount and claimed she'd given me the full amount. I called the Eastland store and spoke with Teagan who said I should get a full refund, so I went back to Knox for the 3rd time and explained myself and not only was I met with attitude but no remorse for her mistake, no apology for her error or anything! The next day I called Eastland again, spoke with Teagan and she said come down and get it sorted. It was sorted and she was lovely!
I also have yet to hear back from the email I sent or the 3 voicemails I left at their call centre. Customer service at Knox isn't great. I'd suggest if you can, head to Eastland and speak with Teagan

I asked for some help to be sized, a staff member gave me a bra to try on and told me she would be back. I waited 30 minutes in the charge room and no one came back. At first I thought they were just busy but when I got out of the change room all the other charge rooms were empty. When I walked out of the store no staff spoke to me.
It was a extremely uncomfortable situation and I'm worried about going back and having to see those staff members again.

Went in looking for a particular bra, they didn't have the one I was after in my size so the staff member (Isla) saw which stores had it, called the store to check they actually had it and organised for it to be posted to me. Really appreciative of the help because it was the second store I'd tried.

I just visited this store and the staff member who assisted me (Rebekah) was so extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about each product in store and she was so friendly and easy to talk to.

Plenty of choice- bras, lingerie, sleepware. Not cheap though. Sometimes making a big profit.
Service was friendly when we got it.

Best experience I have ever in a Bras n Things. Bec and Alannah made me feel so comfortable doing something that I absolutely HATE having to do, finding and trying on new bras. They were so welcoming and friendly and also answered any and all questions I had. I cannot thank them enough for how great they made my experience!

Wife and daughter went in yesterday, the staff there were fantastic gave great advice, and recommendations on different fits for them.
Overall, friendly staff, knowledgeable in the field of over the shoulder boulder holders.well done guys.

I don't like shopping for bras at all. I get so overwhelmed with the sizes and never feel like a get a proper fit. I chose a couple of bras and was feeling a little lost as they didn't feel right. Alexandra asked how I was doing and she was so helpful. She corrected the size for me and she picked out bras I usually wouldn't have usually pick it for myself. But after trying them on, I absolutely loved them!
I was so happy with them I couldn't settle with just one bra. I couldn't have asked for a better experienced. She made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I actually had fun shopping for these bras. So happy with my purchase. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Alexandra.

I went here today in the afternoon to get a bra fitting. I was absolutely desperate for help because I have constant back and shoulder pain. A kind lady helped me by getting me fitted and was incredibly helpful despite the social distancing rules and going in to lockdown tonight. I would expect they would be fed up in this hard time but she instead juggled a few customers and and although she was busy she really helped me. After months of back pain I will now be comfortable for the next six weeks and beyond. Thank you so much, I always have positive experiences here. Absolutely amazing

Horrible customer sevice. Went in 10 mins before closing time and all three 'staff' in the store gave my friend and I a 'countdown' of how long we had. Not one bothered to assist with a very simple request so grabbed a bra myself to try on very quickly. Fitted well, but due to the constant yelling out of how long we had left and no offers to assist did not want to spend one cent in that place! Worst customer experience have ever had in any store and would never bother to set foot in the door ever again!

Just wanted to thank Maddie and Liv for their assistance in store today. Both girls were helpful and their level of service was excellent. Will be a return customer now.

Fantastic customer service. These girls know their stuff and can pick your correct size almost like instinct. There is a wide range of brands available, whether you're looking for a functional bra or something a bit more fun.

Just shopped here about an hour ago and was so happy with the whole experience! Super helpful staff. The girls were really great at helping me find the right size too, they know their stuff! Great shop. Suits women of all ages. Styles are age appropriate and feminine. Like their vouchers too.

I only get my bras and lingerie from here now, always have my size and the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to
