Just want to say a big thank you to Emily for her time, assistance and professionalism. When it came to finding the right fit, my partner wasn't having much luck at other stores. But Emily took the time with us and we ended up leaving extremely satisfied with several products.

Jess and Sammy were absolutely awesome!
I was a fair bit nervous when I walked into the store for the first time, but Jess immediately made me feel more comfortable and was incredibly understanding, considerate and helpful. Both Jess and Sammy were more than happy to give tips, genuine opinions/ advice, and suggest multiple different options to try. Sammy checked in on how I was travelling very often, along with all other customers in the store, and both girls had amazingly bright, bubbly and kind personalities!

Massive thanks to the Geelong staff, especially Sam. Sam you are a gem, very helpful, very caring and patient person. You made my hate for Bra shopping easier, you have restored my faith.please pass onto Sam my gratitude for going above and beyond

Shopped there a couple of weeks ago on a Friday night with my daughter. After being ignored in most shoos we visited.upon entering were was greeted by a young gir.l. Her attitude and genuine happy demeanor sparked up a fun and positive conversation which made me laugh want to buy an add on.

Her customer service was second to none and these days service like that is rare.

This is how all retailer workers should be.

I had a excellent experience with jess this Saturday! Nothing was a bother to her, she was so helpful and did it with a smile. Good service is hard to find and this lovely girl is a huge asset to the business.

Today Sami went above and beyond to make sure I find the best for me. I arrived close to the closing time but she did not rush me at all and made me comfortable with her smiles. She also asked my name and kept calling me by name which was so sweet but also professional!

I was asked for proof of first vaccine today to enter your store - This is NOT a requirement under the CHO directives and NO private business should insist on a medical procedure outside of government directives! Period, its a very slippery slope

Came in yesterday and asked the shop attendant for the comfiest bra in store and oh my god did she deliver. It's the best thing I've worn in my entire life. Great customer service too 10/10

Repeatedly I have encountered poor service, I am constantly sized wrong and forced into bras that are far too small. As a plus sized woman it's very hard to have someone tell you that 'oh we don't stock your size, no where in Geelong stocks your size'. Very disheartening.

Disgusting service. Brought my wife to tears. Attendant looked my beautiful wife up and down and just said that she doesn’t think they’ll have anything in the store that would fit her. Body shaming at its worst.

Everytime I shop at Bras’n’Things I walk out in such a good mood. The girls there are so lovely and helpful! I’m usually a very self conscious person but they make me feel very comfortable and help with sizing and fittings. Such fantastic service only downfall is it’s so good I always spend a fortune

Shopped in the westfWest Geelong store on Sunday 29th October, was attended by a lovely young lady named Sammi. She was exceptional would go back anytime to be served by her. 10 out of 10

The girls at Westfield today were incredible. The girl helping me introduced herself before walking into the change room for a fitting and said “its lovely to meet you”. Straight off the bat they were accomodating and caring. Not once made me feel uncomfortable.
The best apart about this team at Westfield is they’re not ‘over the top or fake’ when they’re talking to you.
I’ve had poor experiences in the past and this absolutely made my day.

Visited the girls at bras n things in Westfield today and their customer service was absolutely fantastic! I was quite shy being a large girl and asked to get fitted. The shorter blonde lady fit me and she could clearly tell I was nervous, she gave me a few sizes to try on and made sure that I felt comfortable if and when she entered the change room to figure out my size. She commented quite frequently on my tattoos and my hair and complimented them both and made me feel really welcome and like she loved her job and wanted me to be there. THANK YOU. For having such fantastic customer service and making me feel good about myself!
