Bras N Things

I had an amazing experience getting fitted by a lovely lady with long dark hair, and had a great chat with the lovely lady with curly hair. I left feeling confident, heard, and properly fitted. Definitely coming back to these gorgeous ladies!

I bought a set on the 10th of June and the 2 ladies that helped me out were spectacular. They had great energy, were very helpful, and made me feel confident about my purchase. I'll be making a purchase from there again very soon

I've had nothing but great experiences at Bras N Things Southland. I took my daughter in today for her first fitting and the ladies are just so kind and helpful. I can't thank you enough.

I walked into Bras n Things and was greated and offered assistance in minutes and received a proper fitting and a great variety of style to try on.
I wanted to get a second colour in the bra I was purchasing which was sold out in store but the staff were able to order it for me and have it delivered at no additional cost.

In a time that it's becoming rare to find good customer service, I was blown away and can't recommend your Southland store more highly.

18/7/2022 walking into bras n things was a horrible experience.
The lady was just awful in both her attitude and approach.
I mentioned I had purchased a faulty product from BNT previously and had concerns that this could happen again (in a very polite manner).
I was hopping the sales lady could direct me in the right direction so I didn’t have this same issue.
She told me “we’ll just don’t purchase the faulty garments again”, she said it with quite a lot of aggression in her voice like I was an idiot for buying the product twice.
The attitude she had through the whole service was pretty much the same, she should not be working in customer service let alone in such an intimate environment.
I purchased the one item I desperately needed but refused to buy anything else.
I then walked two doors down to Honey Bedette to see if they would stock a size 16 which they do.
I receive the most amazing customer service and purchased several items at double the cost.
By default I now have converted to HB.

I had wonderful customer service by Lee! (Hopefully I spelt her name right) She was so warm and friendly and greeted me not long after I entered the store with a smile. She gave me a bra fitting on the spot which I wasn't expecting to do today but I've needed it for so long, and she found me the comfiest bra!

Although I wasn't buying a bra today, she didn't make me feel pressured either. I would definitely come back just based on this beautiful experience:)

Sometimes you need to change your bra and instead of just having a guess what your changed size is and randomly trying on bras at Myer or David Jones you think it's best to be seen by a professional and I am so glad I visited. Vinna was so so good and knew instantly what I was after and what size! So thank you Vinna I was so happy I walked out wearing my new one. So if shopping for new bra definitely try Bras N Things they have a huge range of sizes, colours and shapes and they also have a lot of sleepwear and lingerie.

Brilliant customer service by Vinna! She was thorough, took the time to provide personalised service, and was mega efficient with her work. Being the only staff on the floor, I was surprised that she was able to manage so many customers at the same time. Exceptional customer service!

That girl Vinna I think her name is was soooo rude to me. I’m not coming back again. Really disappointed because I just wanted to have a nice time shopping there but she made the experience awful

Ladies were lively but my fitting advise was wrong on one item I purchased. It had dug into my skin in places leaving marks on me. The other was excellent.

Went in here a bit despondent hate bra shopping. The lady that served and measured me was amazing. So patient and help ful. Thank you so much. Will be back

I would give it more but last I went there the lovely shop assistant or whatever they are called, went in and wanted to buy lingerie I'd seen on their online shop, I proceed to show her the one I wanted and it was $180, i proceeded to keep looking at the new arrivals and she said to me yeah that's expensive you want these ones, they're cheaper. I thought ahhh really, I like this one though, she looked me up and down. Lol. I just you know what, forget about it. I took a trip to Perth and decided to buy the same lingerie and the Perth staff were absolutely superb, I was not put off from buying it. Please don't judge your customers, really not necessary. Customer service sometimes makes a huge difference in sales.

I feel so bad because I can't remember the amazing girls name and she went on break before I could thank her. But I had some stellar customer service from one of the girls there with short brown hair, you rock and made me feel comfortable and I'm so happy with the bra I got. I hope you see this, thanks again!
