Bras N Things

Let’s face it… Buying a bra can be quite overwhelming! I mean, who wouldn’t feel self conscious having a complete stranger help size you and adjust your bra, and then analyse your shape and fit! Yet Shae from Fountain Gate Bras n Things was phenomenal! Sure made me feel comfortable, at ease; she was honest, helpful, and didn’t rush the process of finding the right one for me.

As a 19 year old with a large chest I have a lot of issues finding clothes that fit. I struggle to confront things like finding bras that fit me. I was feeling brave today and went in to bras and things, and then found one that I liked in a size that I thought was correct. As I was finishing up in the change room the most amazing godsend of a women Kyra asked me how I went. I started to tell her what size I was and how I struggle and she straight away asked if she could do a fitting for me. She was so knowledgeable about bra fittings and I felt like I was her top priority. I walked in thinking I was a 14DD and she put me in a 12G. The difference that it made was astonishing. I felt so comfortable in a bra that she gave me in the correct size. She then proceeded to run around the store looking for bras in this new size that she thought I might like. Keeping in mind she was helping about 5 other people at the same time and not once was I waiting for her or felt like she was forgetting about me. I felt so accommodated and comfortable and I walked out of the shop feeling so confident and happy.
Kyra shared her own experience with finding bras and navigating life with little things like a big chest that really make life hard day to day. I have never enjoyed a retail experience more than when I visited your store and met Kyra.

My experience last night was so good as these two girl (I didn’t get there name) really helped me out by fitting me and helping me find my actual size. The options they picked for me were really great and supportive, just what I needed.they made me feel super comfortable and not embarrassed at all. I just wanna say a big thanks to the girls that helped me out!

Cannot recommend Kyra enough! I had never been fitted before, I mentioned this to her and she was extremely happy to help. Never felt so welcomed in a store. Beautiful woman with a lovely personality. I hope to see her in there more!

Not a good experience, waited too long in changing room for staff to come back, in the end told that they had nothing large enough for me unless it was very frumpy looking so I had better go elsewhere. I’m generally a 12DD but they measured me as 12G
Will never go back… left feeling old and ugly.

The staff were great the young girl that helped me that is, the store was getting busy yet I noticed the senior staff just standing around doing absolutely nothing while the little gem that served me did everyone's job? Your amazing, your worth so much more, thanks for your help sweetheart,

I haven't shopped for undergarments in years. Its too hard, I get sweaty and frustrated. Coming here on a whim, everyone was nothing but helpful. Kyra especially was so good at guiding me and teaching me. She not only rushed around looking for what I was vaguely describing, but she was a lovely person to get to know and I felt at ease with her completely. The whole team is so personable and I would 100% travel far to come back. Thanks Kyra, I appreciate you so much and it was lovely meeting you!

I went in today to get fitted and had the most amazing experience! I was helped out by Taleisha for literally over half an hour haha. She was so patient even though we had to go back and forth and bit whilst she was serving multiple other people at the same time. She made the experience so seamless for me and I’m super grateful! Want to give you a massive shout out Taleisha for going above and beyond for me and doing it all with a smile!

I Was in on the weekend with my toddler so didn't want to try anything on while she was running around. I've been searching for a really good sports bra for ages and was helped by the lovely Kiera. She directed me to the perfect bra. When l got home l was ecstatic to finally find what l was after! Kiera was so knowledgeable and super friendly, a true asset to your store and great representative for your company

Wow! This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had walking into a retail store. Kyra and Telisha were honestly so amazing. They both took the time to help me pick some lingerie which made me feel so incredible. I Honestly can’t thank them both enough for my experience.

My sister and I were shopping in bras and things she had entered the store before me and did not get acknowledged by the team member who had long hair and was quite tall. I had later entered the store after her and I also did not receive any acknowledgments besides being clearly ignored as she walked past us multiple times. A few other customers came after us and this team member went directly to them and greeted them and asked if she could help them. Right in front of us. I felt so unseen it was hurtful. We felt we were judged by our "appearance". This was absolutely poor customer service and really disgusting behavior from Bras and things staff. Simply not good enough. Do better.

Wow worst experience ever! So rude didn't help at all with what what I needed and the attitude was even worse from staff!

The only place I get my lingerie from. Not sure where I would go for your everyday comfy and sexy range. Never had a bad fit.

Lusiana has the most outstanding customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Her help, knowledge of products and advice on styles, colours and sizing was indispensable to me. Right from browsing thru to purchase, nothing ever seems too much for the staff! Very friendly and helpful staff matched with quality garments for everyone makes this one of my favourite shops to visit!

Great customer service! Was fitted and got the correct size in this new bra. The girls helped me pick the most gorgeous bra it’s stunning & cant wait to go back and get more now that I know they do beautiful bras for over >E cup!

Had a bra fitting on Saturday 1/2/20, it had been a while since I last had a proper fitting. The team member was not only helpful and professional, she was fun to shop with and I bought 5 bras. I was in completely the wrong size as I had lost some weight over the past year but I am delighted with my purchases and won’t leave it so long until I purchase again.

I had a fitting on Thursday (06/02/20)
and i was fitted by Lauryn at Fountain Gate, and she was so awesome! So easy to deal with, she didn’t make me feel awkward, and she was really funny.

Girls were so lovely.
After my awful experience at the pakenham store last week. I went to fountaingate to be greeted with smiles. The girls were so kind even listening to the way they spoke to other customers in change rooms was just so lovely and accommodating, just the way shopping should feel. Highly recommend this store x
