My family and I have used this veterinary hosiptal since the early 1970's and will continue to use them. They also sell a great range of Hills pet foods at competitive prices.

Took my boy here for a routine checkup. Dr Daniel and girls at the front desk were professional, kind and offered great advice. The process was easy and done with a smile. Thank so much.

Dr Prevone has always been caring & he communicates very patiently with any issue that my dear Saxon has had & what’s to be done. The rest of the staff are always helpful too.

Looked after my fur Princess with barely noticeable scar from procedure. Great customer service from all staff.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this vet clinic over the past 2 years. Dr Sarah and Dr Carl are both compassionate and patient vets who have been really great with my very anxious cat. They are often quite busy, but for good reason! Despite their high demand, they always put in a lot of effort to squeeze us into their schedule whenever we need an urgent appointment, which is so appreciated.

At the risk of becoming an annoying repeat reviewer, I've just come home from Brandon Park Vets with all three of the kitties, and Daniel was as amazing as always.

Our youngest little terror Dexter (now 12) is starting a course of anti-anxiety medication (Clomicalm) after a bunch of routine blood work to make sure there is no underlying issues, and that his diabetes is in check. Hopefully in a few weeks we will get a bit more of a smile on his face and he will be back to his old affectionate self (he did have 8 years of solitude rudely interrupted by two senior rescue kitties- so it's to be understood that he has been a bit out of sorts).

As for the remaining two, Billie had his routine bloods taken, to monitor his early stage-2 CKD progression, a heart check noticed a slight murmur, but nothing too concerning at this stage and we'll monitor at his next check up to see if that progresses. After three injections to vaccinate and help him deal with those annoying problems that plague all old men (myself included- arthritis) he was back in his carrier and ready to go.

And that just leaves our darling little girl Sapphire, at 16 years old age (84 human years) - she is a picture of perfect health and a model patient that never fails to melt hearts, and she is now snuggled back up in kitty bed with the electric blanket running giving her two brother a grooming.

Thank you again to everybody at Brandon Park Vets, maybe next time I'll be lucky enough to catch up with Dr Sarah and find out how her own kitty is doing. This is a lovely practice, filled with lovely people, and I will continue to sing their praises for as long as they continue to provide such amazing friendly customer service, and do such an amazing job caring for the only children I'm likely ever going to have (and yes, I'm aware I sound like a crazy cat person).

Doctors needs more training
My dog died because the negligence of this vet. He suffered very badly close to end of his life. His gallbladder ruptured secondary to cushings disease which I insisted to the vet quite a few times but she wasnt convinced he has cushings. When he was presented to the vet as an emergency, they did bloods ultrasound and xray couldnt find the cause of the pain instead of referring they gave him iv fluid and sent him home to me at night. He suffered so bad overnight i had to rush him to emergency but they couldn't do anything without history and medical reports. Next morning we went back to the vet they gave him more fluid and told me it's still early days. He was in so much pain i couldnt watch him suffer.in the afternoon they eventually suggested a specialist hospital we rushed to there within 10mins they found the problem but it was already too late. This condition can be found easily through ultrasound but they missed it and wasted critical time.
I will not recommend this vet to anyone

I cannot recommend this place more highly for your fur babies. The staff are compassionate and you can tell they love animals and want to help in any way they can. They took the time I needed and gave me plenty of support with a hard decision I had to make.

The attitude and professionalism is in a wonderful balance.
My Cairn terrier doesn't think the same, but a pleasure for me and her welfare.

I’m disappointed. I have 3 animals I take to your vet. This is the second time I have been treated like I’m an inconvenience.
I stopped coming to your vet due to this reason and choose to go to a smaller vet who treat us with care. Today I came in as I really needed my beloved dog to see a vet today. I was booked in as an emergency patient (which I didn’t realise as I was not told, I just asked for an appointment) Regardless
I’m paying for a service (a pricey one that is higher than normal) so please don’t dismiss me if I have multiple concerns about my dog. I have not asked you to look at my pet for free, I had genuine concerns. Saying you are too busy to address other issues. This is not ok. Unfortunately my pets are main priority but differently think twice before I come in again. Very disappointed. I left feeling very emotional.

This is a very good veterinary clinic, and you can be assured that the staff there will take the best possible care of your pet. They have provided excellent care for my cat Sushi for the last 17 years, from the day she was neutered to when she has to be euthanised earlier this year because of advanced liver cancer. A special word of thanks to Dr Siobon Tang, who went out of her way to make life a little more comfortable for Sushi when she was on her way out.

Amazing, first class service, friendly staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandon Park Vet Hospital to anybody. Had a cat with a minor medical emergency and was able to get him seen the same day on short notice. The staff were all extremely friendly, professional and explained everything, facilities are nice and clean, ample parking, easy access, I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely be getting the other two fur babies medical records transferred over for their next checkup.
