Brand Smart Premium Outlet Centre

Great place for when you want a bargain on clothes. Equivalent to a small dfo but still has some great deals. Normally ok for parking but can sometimes be really difficult during peak times. Recommend going either early in the morning or late in the arvo.

Brand Smart is terrific. Large range of outlet stores covering a big range of different goods and all at reasonable prices.

This outlet has not survived the pandemic well. There are quite a few vacant shops. I visited the Bendon shop, which is excellent value and service. Hope this outlet picks up going forward. Worth a look, just not as good as it used to be in the past.

This place needs a refurb. Has been going down hill for years. So expensive. THe crowds that use to be here haven't been seen for so long. Did I mention it's expensive. Not the low prices I remember, also so many empty stalls

Quiet mall in the Nunawading area. There are quite a few vacant shops around and it was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Might be able to find a few good deals around.

Unfortunately there a lot of empty shops. However received good service and easy to find parking

Been visited brandsmart multiple times and enjoyed the bargains from Priceline (as they are the outlet), champions, oroton, adairs, sandler, bra N things, and lots of new clothing outlet such as yarratrail, noni B, katies, fila, gazman, also florsheim shoes.

Some of the shops have closed down so getting less shops open now. But If your favorite brand is there or for a good bargain, worth a visit. It's good that people can buy branded goods (some good quality) at discounted price and they offer further discount at times including Boxing days etc. Also, if you get hungry after shopping, a Korean buffet there is a reasonably good place for the price & worth visiting!

A good place for shopping. However, many shops are not occupied by any retailers.

Designer fashion, Clothing, home decoration and coffee.how can you go wrong.

Quite a few sales here atm especially Linen, handbags & summmer shoes. I was very happy with my Orotan handbag on sale 40% off.

Many stores have been vacated. Remaining stores are generally uninteresting and don't offer great discounts. Won't go back there,

Very sad. Half the stores have closed down/ not reopened. Other shops are occupied by “pop up” businesses. Also air conditioner not working today.

Love shopping at Brand Smart. Easy parking. Nice atmosphere. Great savings at Sandlers shoe shop and Fila outlet. Many more great shops to browse and shop at

Unfortunately I have to agree with the review below. Storefronts at 50% capacity is very sad. The feeling walking around the complex is one of sadness for those retailers that have left. No energy or sole in this place.in fact it’s simply depressing. You’re better off heading a little further down the road to Eastland.

Unfortunately it is now a little deserted even before COVID-19. Otherwise a clean place that is not too big with some nice shops.

So many empty stores. Actually a very sad shopping experience. Centre management have their work cut out to make this place a 5 star location that it once was. Wish them all the very best

The stores that are there a good but it's unfortunate how many stores are empty. Maybe if heavy curtains or shopping centre promo posters were covering the empty store windows it would look less depressing; it a very sad looking into so many empty rooms.

Used to love this place for the variety of shops and great bargains now I find it very boring, best store there is novo shoes

I really liked this place. I was a bit put off first by the comments that there were too many shops closed and yes, there were some closed, but found really good stores like Champion, Bras N Things, Novo, Decjuba, all with amazing prices! Will definitely be back!
