Brainworks Doncaster

Our family have been going to brain works doncaster for almost a year. My children (8,10 and 13 YO) benefited enormously from the foundation extension. The tutors are friendly and very helpful. The program is tailored to each child’s needs to reinforce knowledge of classwork and introduce new material.

I would absolutely recommend Brain works coaching for your kids.
My daughter's started earlier this year and the level of confidence that they have gained in relation to their academics, specifically in areas of Math and English has been great.
What's best is the teachers are all enthusiastic young individuals who know the right approach to coach these kids. The attention to detail and the care provided for each kid is great.
Regular feedbacks, high level of questions and encouragement to get the kids to attempt challenging questions means they advance faster.
Meg manages the centre outstandingly always available for a chat and to discuss your Childs progress.
My girls look forward to attending their tuitions and it doesn't seem like a chore to them. Definitely recommend if you want your kids to get that extra kick to learn and succeed!

Highly recommended for these parents who want to let the kids improving without being too stressed. The teachers are very helpful and organised. My kids are always happy to go and learn every week. They are able to finish the weekly homework themselves without the parents supervision. Overall, we are happy that we chose the Brainworks for our kids.

Both my daughter and son have attended Brainworks Balwyn/Doncaster. Honestly, I attribute almost all of their success to the preparations provided by Brainworks (my children also worked hard too!). As an example, my daughter was just below the 80th percentile in English/Writing for NAPLAN in late April 2022. When she took her scholarship exams, in both the ACER and AAS exams, her writing was at the 96 and 95th percentiles. She also received two very, very generous scholarships to two highly regarded girls private schools. My son was prepared for the Melbourne High exam and he achieved four superiours, out of five, easily attaining entry. I am well educated myself, two Masters degrees, but, honestly, I could not have done this myself, Brainworks was instrumental in my children's achievements and I could not recommend them highly enough, they are attentive, easy to work with, and pay attention to all of the necessary details. I can thoroughly recommend Brainworks after my 11 year old attended classes at year 6 level.
By the end of the year, his Math and English was at year 8 level. The individual assistance he received throughout the year vastly helped him grasp a solid foundation for his transition into high school.
I feel that face to face tutoring is a better approach than online which I believe produced superior results and I'm happy we were able to achieve that with Brainworks.

I'm pretty satisfied with Brainworks Doncaster with my child becoming confident with Maths from being afraid of it. Their systematic approach in making your child become comfortable with easier topics before getting into harder topics, and the emphasis on regular practise enables them to become comfortable with Maths, becoming stronger in basic building blocks and growing confident on attempting topics they are not fully confident yet. I highly recommend Brainworks Doncaster.

It's a good programme and worksheets are well designed. If we could get the feedback of the child regularly, that would be fantanstic.

Both my kids attend the Brainworks at Doncaster. I believe being in a classroom environment (large space with around 20 kids) but still only having 3/4 kids in a group with one dedicated teacher allows the kids to both push themselves further and reach out for guidance when needed. Meg is very passionate and is very thorough in not only her feedback for every child but also for focussing on the gaps every child needs to address. Weekly worksheets, have helped both my kids maintain a great routine at home and practice in their own time and raise questions with the tutors in class. I have certainly seen a difference in writing and numeracy in both my kids. The best thing about the program is every child can progress at their own pace but with continuous guidance and support from the tutors and Meg. Both my children are ahead of their class and this provides them with great motivation to continue learning.

My children have made huge progress in 2 terms of completing the Brainworks Program. Their confidence has grown and they can see the improvement in their own knowledge and skills. The staff are wonderful to work with and my children feel very comfortable in the environment. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to either improve or extend their childrens skills in numeracy and literacy.

I had great experience with Brainworks Doncaster, they helped my children to improve their writing skill and problem solving ability. There is appropriate number of children in each session with individual attention to them.

My 13 year old son has been attending attending Brainworks for the last 4 years. With the support of the the Brainworks team, my son was successful is securing a SEAL position. The team assessed my son’s abilities and customised a program for him. Each week he is given worksheets to practice, he is given practical feedback and taught exam techniques. I believe this gives him an edge on school tests. Meg’s team is like a family they provide academic support AND positive encouragement for every child to fulfil their full potential. Now my son is preparing for the Year 9 selective entry exam with Brainworks.

Excellent experience with Brainworks Doncaster who helped prepare our child for a selective school exam. The selective entry exam preparation was exactly what our child needed as the exam resulted in a position at the school of choice.
