I have been consistently seeing Thomas Ertas for a few months now and he has been brilliant.
Always adaptable and easy going to change to telehealth, even super last minute, and always so easy to talk to. I’ve never felt judged or unheard.

To caution others who seek assessment for ADHD, this clinic is not the one you want to choose. I was inundated with surveys and emails, most links didn’t work and the system was very glitchy, as a result I had to follow up emails over and over. As someone with adhd this was really stressful and dragged out the assessment over a few months. After a time I went to a psychiatrist and was diagnosed, rendering the assessment I got here expensive and redundant. The young psychologists who actually conducted my test were really nice and professional

Poor service and professional staff. When it comes to money they are very quick but any service would take them ages to reply

I was listening on the radio Nadja's advices in regards lockdowns in Melbourne and psychology. Nadja gave us a really good description in what is happening with human being psychologically when lockdown happens and how to cope with it. That was brilliant and I think every person have to talk to somebody in regards to that mater. Thanks Nadja!

I was given a doctor referral for here. When trying to book was told its not covered and the receptionist was very rude. Not good when dealing with mental health.
