My experience with Taxi Box was professional and personable from start to finish. I had a couple of particular requests and Taxi Box went out of their way to accommodate. Particular shout out to our lovely Taxi Box driver who delivered our 3 Boxes to their final destination. He was so accommodating and kind. The delivery service need to be improved. Got a sms a day before delivery to narrow the time frame to 2 hours. I took the morning off to wait for the delivery. End up it has not come. I rang up to find up what's happened. They said the delivery time being changed to the afternoon. I drove back to work. Late morning I sudden received the sms said it is coming in 30 mins.so I have to leave my work at once.for 1 delivery, I have to drive back and for.a lot of trouble.

I’ve had a taxi box for 2 years and had phoned through several times over the years as my build took a while and the service had always been excellent from start to finish. Very professional & friendly. I also spoke a lot with Casey / Braeside who was always helpful.

I was so sad to see my two taxiboxes leave. They took care of my life’s belongings so well. There doors were always available to open to me when I needed access. The people who stored them were very efficient friendly and at times warmed my heart with their funny stories.
I would recommend TAXIBOX to anyone who needs a place to store their wares.

My taxibox was very patient while i filled it up with my worldly treasures. It is surprising how much you can fit in them off packed correctly. The drivers who came to collect and deliver to new address were super friendly and great at manoeuvring around things.
The whole process was super easy and friendly staff on the phones were happy to help.
Will definitely use them again.

Such an easy experience and perfect for what I needed. Not one problem with delivery or pick up and the staff were always friendly!

They were prompt, efficient and patient. I booked it but had no funds so they reserved my spot until I could afford to pay delivery fee. They called before they arrived and placed my box in an easy accessible spot even though I slept through the delivery.

I would highly recommend using a Taxi Box as a solution for a place to put your stuff while waiting for a house to get built! I cannot imagine doing it without a Taxi Box. I loved the fact that the boxes were delivered and picked up and redelivered 7 months later when I needed my stuff. It's super handy to book the removalists too! From time to time I needed access to my stuff in storage and to put more stuff away in storage. It's a very simple online process. Made life easier

This is that rarest of companies: they did everything they said they would do; provided a clean and quality product; worked around me; were prompt in returning phone calls and emails; always polite, always friendly, always about working toward what I needed. And the box itself for onsite storage is just genius. Highly recommend.

Don't usually post reviews, but the service service provided was brilliant. Taxibox made our complicated move so much easier, and the communication and real time tracking of when the boxes were being delivered and removed was so good. Would definitely use this service again!

Its pathetic with there service i moved to Melbourne from Sydney, it’s really difficult for us to get our own things not at all happy with the service they can’t deliver in city as well.and they charge extra for re attempt delivery when it’s not ur fault.

Great concept, but fails to deliver.literally. If you live on any sort of dirt road or have a hill within the vicinity of your home, DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately they have compromised on quality when buying their delivery vehicles, and have front wheel drive Utes to tow their trailers and no diff lock in their trucks which makes turning around extremely difficult (apparently), so anywhere that has a dirt road or hill or is narrow, they can't deliver. Full disclosure, we live on a dirt road with a steep driveway, but we provided all these details to Taxibox upon employment of their services. They told us this would be fine, signed our contract, and took our money. Everything was going fine, the boxes were delivered to our initial address, we packed up all our furniture and belongings, and they were taken away and stored for us until we moved into our new home. As mentioned before, great concept! On moving day, we were given the time slot of 11-1pm. At 1pm WE called THEM and were told they were nearly at our home, and then we waited. When called them repeatedly for the rest of the day (how they get any business is beyond me as no one ever answered the phone), and when we finally reached someone, we were put onto Lauren, the head of the company, who told us they couldn't deliver to our house and that we would have to find another moving company and employ their services to go to their facility, unpack our furniture and belongings from the storage boxes into their truck, drive to our house and unpack once again, all at our expense. At 4: 45pm on a Friday afternoon with a whole bunch of movers waiting for our furniture and belongings to arrive, that was not at all what we wanted to hear. We asked if there was any other way for them to fulfil their contract. They offered to deliver one box at a time and they did, once, however as they only have two trailers and that one of these was out of commission, they refused to deliver any more. After 11days of further negotiations, WE (not them, they still wanted us to employ another moving company) finally found a suitable location that they agreed to deliver our belongings to. This was 1km from our house and they generously gave us 24hrs to unpack them! As we had already used up the time off we had allocated to moving, this provided us with yet another great deal of stress, coupled with moving into a home with no belongings or furniture! One great big stressful situation that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
