A down right moody a hole no customer service skills whatsoever if you want sales that’s not how you treat customers you don’t just flog them off. What a joke never use them ever again bad bad bad

After 2 years, the place has been upgraded to Mental Treatment Hospital. The PSYCHOPATH is still running the business. Can't talk about services when they don't want to talk to normal customers.

Not sure what people are doing expect customer service wise, this bloke isn’t bad he must not have much patience dealing with people who aren’t clear on what they want. I’ve dealt with braeside steel about 10 times over the years getting little bits a pieces, by no means a good money spinning customer and we’ve always got on fine

Rude on the phone. Not worth bothering with. Plenty of suppliers in the region with a half decent customer service attitude.

The guy is a rip off, I bought something and two minutes later I changed my mind and he takes 10% for the inconvenience…. Good one and he says I have a business to run and just take money of people for nothing…. You deserve this review!

Incredibley rude staff, no help and tried ripping us off. Never will try and do bussiness again

Pete turned up some bits of tubing for me to build a very custom bike.he is a wizard with all things steel.says it how it is and doesnt beat around the bush.got everything done very quickly.cheers guys

Super overpriced, Could get an RHS steel 50$ less if i got it anywhere else.forget customer service he seemed like he hated u for coming to buy his steel.

The boys are old school tradies at Braeside Steel. They know there stuff and call a spade a spade. I can see reviewers are rating a driver, but I found them helpful and wasn't offended My steel was cut up for me on the spot and loaded to boot, cheers!

If I could give this A B U S I V E P S Y C H O P A T H no stars I would. I also witnessed him wielding a crowbar in a young man's face because the poor kids car had broken down in front of him. DISGRACEFUL! It is beyond me how this man is running a business.

ABUSIVE PHYCOPATH! Just saw him jump out of his truck and start screaming at a p plater and swinging a crowbar because his car breaking down in front of him.shouldn’t be a. Truck driver if you can’t handle traffic

These guys are great! Always top quality work. They are very well knowledged and very friendly. Highly recommend

DO NOT.and i mean DO NOT BUY from these guys! I have never heard such a rude and arrogant person on the phone in my life. He cracked it in less then 10 seconds because i couldn't answer him a question (Which Mind you he didn't ask properly for) This companies reputation proceeds it. If you want a laugh call these jokers and watch the fire works fly within 5 seconds.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT deal with this PHSYCOPATH. He has a very serious attitude problem and needs help. He shouldn’t be dealing with the public. Also this business is a major rip off. When I questioned him about what he was charging me for a small piece of plate he threw my money back at me and swore at me. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere as there are plenty of other places that deal out excellent customer service and very reasonable prices, with this business knowing nothing about either. Shame about having to give them 1 star

Open on Saturday till 1pm and cut the steel for my trailer right there and then. Nice bloke and Good price.

Peter and the boys at Braeside are fantastic. Every time I have asked them to help on a job they have been more than happy to assist. The quality of their work is excellent. These guys know their stuff.

Used to be really helpful. Change of management. Really aggressive guy in there who clearly hated his job, and didn't want to deal with customers.

Now you better know trade jargon. Walked out while being berated for not being able to put it in their terms. Didn't buy - and I needed steel. Wouldn't go back.

I Wouldn't even give this place one star if I could, Unless your in the industry and know the grade, style and exact measurements this place cannot and is not interested in helping you. I think the guy behind the desk should look at working for telstra. As these guys are right up there at telstra`s level in the worthless customer service department.
