Good pizza and reasonable deals. Better order online and pick up. They're overwhelmed and short of staff.

Went there excited to try their food due to good ratings. But deeply disappointed their staff and kitchen cooks did not wear masks so I decided not to purchase from them as it shows they have a disregard for public health safety.

Edit: thanks for your response. Understandable if there were medical related exemptions and hope it was the case but it just seemed very strange that not one staff member wore a mask at the time I entered the shop.

I decided to order my first pizza from here this evening, and was blown away with the authenticity of my meal. Best pizza I have had in years.
The staff were very welcoming, had awesome service, and I cannot thank them enough for my delicious meal. Well done guys, and girls! Will be back tomorrow!

Great local pizza shop with competitive prices. Love the deals on offer. Ordered the Aussie pizza and was delicious and satisfying. The dough had a fantastic texture; a little fluffy while having a nice crunch to it, the crust was cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back and take advantage of their deals.

Great food and great service. Ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta and every dish was worth the money and at $10 for a large pizza, great value.

Ordered 2 pizzas through Uber Eats. On mine, I put “extra sauce please” as there wasn’t enough sauce the last time I had eaten here. My pizza arrived with no sauce on it (literally just bread and toppings). I called the store to let them know and the man on the phone accused me of lying about there being no sauce, told me “there is a big difference between no sauce and not as much sauce as you want” and then “well all I can say is sorry there isn’t enough sauce for your liking. ” I had hoped for a replacement pizza that I could pick up but instead I ended up having to dip my pizza in tomato paste from the pantry because it was so dry. My partner’s pizza was fine and had a regular amount of sauce so clearly mine was not made correctly. We won’t be returning here because of the atrocious service we were provided. I understand that mistakes happen when it’s busy and things get missed. I hope that management see this review and provide their staff with training on how to handle customer complaints.

Have been looking for a good local pizza shop since Monte Carlos was sold (not the same), Brady road was recommended by a friend. Huge range of pizzas, base is not too tick nor too thin, and toppings are quality. I have now been here twice and the experience was consistent. Staff are friendly and prices are very reasonable, 3 pizzas a garlic bread and a 1.25l drink for $38. Its a 5-10 minute drive for me, but worth it. I recommend this place.

Always go here for pizza, the food is great & the staff that are there are always nice & polite. If you want good pizza go here.

This used to be my child hood pizza store, George worked there with his sons, I ordered about 3-4 year ago being the last time. Decided whilst I was in Melbourne to be spontaneous and order a few pizzas including the famous ned Kelly pizza.
I was mortified.hardly any meatballs on it, the margarita was overpowered by tomatoe base and the Nutella pizza didn’t have any 100&1000s on them will never go back.gave two stars as they were flexible with my pick up time

Honestly the best pizza when you have the munchies I legit had to stab my friend in the eye so he wouldn't get the last piece.

I don't know what's going on there today but the pizza I received was overcooked and dried out. This was well below there usual standard

Whilst i have ordered from brady Rd a few times,

I am unimpressed with customer service from the store and your driver. I told your driver that my order is missing a 1.25ml drink and he said no Thats All they gave me looks at the receipt and says oh Thats why the extra drink was on top of the receipt Thats why.then walks off to his car and drive off.
No intention to resolve the issue that I am missing something that I paid for.
Nor have i received any apology from driver or restaurant.

Probably one of the worst pizza's I've ever had, base isn't fresh and staff are extremely rude. Never get pizza from there.
