Jimmy is an awesome bloke to deal with, always says G'day, always well stocked, his other staff are awesome too. Well priced for what my partner drinks, $5-$6 cheaper than anywhere else. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!
Great prices here. Fantastic bottle shop and the owner is an absolute legend. He helped my mother, who has dementia and was confused, and offered her a warm place to wait for me to get her.
I have always gone here as his prices are awesome and he is really good with all his customers and all the locals know and trust him. Especially me.

Was ignored even when I left $ 40 worth of wine on the counter for scanning. Took the arrogant guy ages to acknowledge my presence. That was 3 months ago. Havn't been back.
Incredibly rude and arrogant young man. Would not get off his personal phone call to serve us. When i asked him about it, he got upset with me. Look out for some horrific lack of service and prepare to cop a spray if you request the slightest bit of attention. Old owners were heaps better head and shoulders above these guys. Only my experience.
The staff are the nicest people you could meet with amazing customer service and always willing to have a chat. The prices are reasonably priced although a couple of prices I could disagree on. The store is always set up well. So glad they are my local.
TERRIBLE service. Bought a wine that was VERY bad (awful chemical smell upon opening). Talked down to me and tried to tell me it was because I hadn’t let it breathe.
No wine should smell like that.
Only let me return unopened bottle (I had bought two).
Stupid to be that rude and arrogant when we have Dan Murphy’s 5 minutes away with much better prices and service. Will never step foot there again and will share info with friends who used to go there.

Selling expired beers. 5 months from bestbefore date. I bought few bottles and felt taste sh**t. I checked the bottle dated 5 months before the expiry date. Approch the shop and shown them the dates from the shelf what they are still currently selling.but for me to give a refund they want the empty bottle.they dont know even what they are selling? I shop them evey 2nd week.no more.but please b aware
