Six weeks ago, I had never painted before. And this is where I'm at after six weeks of oil foundation classes at Bradford Art Academy. This course is perfect for absolute beginners, covering all the basics like preparing your paints and how to hold a brush. It doesn't just plonk you down and throw buzzwords at you like some other art tutorials and courses, it actually teaches you how to deconstruct forms and light. The steps are so small and simple that you don't even realise you're building up your skills until it all starts falling together like magic.
